They serve good sandwich but the lady at the cashier looks mean she doesn’t even smile like say hello how are you it’s a restaurant at least be friendly to customers and smile okay!!! If I was the manager i would give you constructive criticism! Overall good sandwiches and food

The place isnt bad, cant say ive had a bad experience its just basic. The prices are high so you would expect something above average but you wont get that here. The pesto here is really strong tasting and overpowering.

Normally, I love Which Wich– but this one just doesn’t meet the standard of other which wiches. Wait time wasn’t that bad, I suppose it was a little longer than normal. But but when I received my sandwich, half of the ingredients were on the outside! It was just also pooh and no effort was put into it.

I always order online to avoid the confusion of the bags and have never had a problem. I set the specific time for my pick-up and my order has always be ready and waiting.

I love which wich but this location always forget to add my avocado which pisses me off because I pay extra! For the most part employees are super nice. But, once I came in at 7:50pm when the closed at 9pm and the cashier(who seemed to be angry at the world and was extremely rude) told me that I had to take my order togo because they were going to be closing early. I didn’t quite understand why he told me they were closing early, the restaurant wasn’t empty… in fact, 4 more costumers came in right after me. He also informed the costumers behind me that their food would have to be made togo. I really wish I would have gotten his name. Next time I come into this location and see him, I’m turning around and taking my business else where!

The sandwhiches are kinda pricey and sometimes it can take a while to get them but the customer service is great. Any time I’ve had a problem with my sandwhich it is always fixed or made up for with a discount or free sandwhich. Also, coming to a place where your sandwhich is being made with personalized ingredients comes with the understanding that your sandwhich may take a while. The place is also really clean!

The concept is very interesting. You walk over to a wall and fill out a brown paper bag for how you want your sandwich. It was my first time here(10÷12÷15 around 12pm). The guy working the counter was very friendly and explained everything to me. Thumbs up for that guy! I’m only sorry I don’t remember his name.(Sorry Pal). My sandwich came up quick and correctly. The meat and veggies tasted fresh but unfortunately my bread was very stale :(Also I’m not really sure why a small sandwich and a small drink was $ 12 but okay! Overall the staff was pleasant and the food decent. I’ll be back to try it again for a different type of bread. After all it was probably just a fluke thing! Stuff happens right?!

I went to this place for the first time today. This place is located only 3 blocks from me and I have always wanted to try it. I was in the area to return an xbox controller to Game Stop. It was around 10:40 and Game Stop did not open until 11 so I decided to try Which Which while I waited. I have read many of the reviews on this place and I am shocked that management has not even made an attempt at apologizing to some of the people who had bad experiences. The reason I say this is because while I was the, the manager was sitting at one of the tables on a computer. He seemed to very respectful to his employees and was very friendly to me as well. The people that worked here were very nice as well. So here was my experience. I walk in the door and stare at the menu perplexed trying to figure it out. An employee notices my confusion and asks me «Have you ever been here before?» I told her«no» and she explains to me how to proceed. Oh yes… it is a procedure. So there is a counter space area with sandwich bags in slots. Each slot is filled with a stack of bags. Slot one has a stack of bags with the number one on it, slot two has a stack of bags with the number two on it and so on… all the way to slot 10, Bag 1 is Turkey. Bag two is Ham and Pork. Bag 3 is Beef. Bag 4 is Chicken. Etc… Etc all the way to bag 10. They have a round storage area on the counter where the bags are located which holds red markers. Each bag is actually an order ticket you have to fill out on your own. You pick the bag that corresponds to the meat you want. Then you start checking off everything you want on your sandwich. The categories are: Cheeses, Spreads and Sauces, Mustards, Mayos, Dressings, Onions, Veggies, Oils and Spices and finally Extras. Damn! By the time I finished filling it out I felt like I could put my experience on a resume and get a job working at a sandwich shop. Other sandwich places should have a question on their application that says«Have you ever eaten at a Which Which?» to determine if the applicant is capable of doing the job. First off I do not like the idea of using a community marker that 1,000 other people had touched just before getting ready to handle a sandwich I will be eating. Gross! You may want to wash your hands again. Secondly, I do not really care for the idea of taking my own order when going out to get something to eat. When I went, the place was very slow. You can imagine the irritation people might have when it is busy. You come in the door and start to fill out your bag and before you know it people that came in after you are getting their orders in first because they are faster than you. I like the idea of being able to look at the menu and figure out what you want while waiting in line instead of having to fill out a form to get what you want while others try to race you to see who will be done first. Not a very relaxing environment in my opinion. Some of the complaints on here talk about how long the food took to be made. I did not have that experience at all. There was no one there. I went to the bathroom to wash the germs off my hand from touching the community markers and when I came back my sandwich was done. It was like 3 minutes! The sandwich itself was good. I prefer other places sandwiches but they do have some unique items to put on the sandwiches that I do not see at other places. They have many more choices of cheese, hummus and pesto sauce, caramelized onions and crispy onion strings. The sizes are a little different than other place too. You can get small 7 inch, medium 10.5 inch, or large 14 inch. My medium turkey was almost 9 dollars before tax. I got a turkey sandwich without any extra charges, chips and a small drink and the cost was $ 13.52. A bit pricey for me. I can’t fairly rate a place off of one visit but for now because of how kind everyone that worked there was, how fast the service was(even though I was the only one there) and the fact the sandwich was pretty good… I will generously give this place a 3. As for me, I do not think I will frequent this place often. I do not like the ordering situation and felt the overall experience was not for me.

Ordered my sandwich online, and confirmation email said to be here at 12:37PM. It is now 12:53PM and they are just starting to make my sandwich. Been here for about 10 mins now. Wow… I thought ordering online would be more convenient and make the process alot quicker. These people are slow. Doubt I’ll be coming back!

TL: DR Version: Long wait for messed up orders. First time at a Which Wich and probably my last. I came here with my girlfriend on 8⁄20 at around 530pm; there were two people working. At the time there was just one lady ordering ahead of us. We placed our orders and that’s when the wait began. There were 2 other guests that came in after they took our order. After 10 or 15 minutes, my girlfriend got her sandwich and realized it didn’t have tomatoes, onions and oregano that she ordered. They told her to keep the sandwich(that she didn’t order) and they were going to make her a new one. Okay, whatever. The two other guests, who came in after us, got their sandwiches before me. At this point it was about 20 to 25 minutes I’ve been waiting. Finally, they called my name. I’m not a picky eater and I normally don’t inspect my food, but after they messed up the last order I checked it. I was missing around half of the toppings I had ordered. I went back up and mentioned that I was missing tomatoes and onions. They gave me a cup of tomatoes and two free sandwich gift cards. Really? Whatever, at this point I was hungry and irritated with the wait and inaccuracies, so I decided to eat the sandwich I didn’t order and not wait another 30 minutes.

Sad. Just sad. Which Wich is amazing, but don’t go to this one for your first experience. Or ever. My first time at Which Wich was at the Upland location and it made a lasting GREAT first impression. But today’s experience at the Azusa one completely turned me off. Not only did it take 15 – 20 minutes to get our 2 sandwiches(mind you, we were the first ones who ordered and it wasn’t busy at all) BUT both of them were made incorrectly, missing almost half the toppings and sauces we had asked for. We didn’t even bother waiting for a remake of the second sandwich; it just wasn’t worth waiting another 15 minutes. The only good thing out of this whole experience was their generosity with avocado in my sandwich. If management cares at all about their business, they should really take care of their service issues. The 18-year-old girl and boy working didn’t seem to care much about their job or the customer’s satisfaction. Either that, or they need some serious re-training. I’m going back to the Upland(Colonies) location.

I remember eating at the Irvine location and thinking ‘cool concept’ and at the time it was good. My recent visit to this location was pleasant overall, maybe I ordered a strange mix of ingredients or perhaps my pallet has developed since I was 25. Buffalo chicken on wheat, olive oil and peppers. For some reason the peppers were quite repulsive and I took them out(okay, my bad) I won’t order peppers next time. Bread was like something you’d find at Subway. Bottom line: it’s what you’d expect from a commercial fast food joint. If you’re a broke bloke looking for a quick meal it’s around 9 bucks for a 10″ sandwich. They have a sixer and a twelver available too. I don’t see myself coming here anymore. It just made me uncomfortable.

I came here because I got a free 7 inch for my birthday. I came right at 10am. It was my first time here so they explained to me how to Order on the brown paper bags. I got a cold roast beef with cheddar cheese, spinach, spicy ranch, mustard, pickles, cucumbers and banana peppers. My mouth was watering because I was so hungry. I was in a hurry and got my food to go. As I was driving, I ate. I couldn’t wait. Lol. To my surprise I got a mouth full of an overload of mustard! That’s ALL I tasted. I was hoping it would get better as I went on, but it didn’t. My sandwich was not what I expected it to be. Such a bummer. The guy who made it got a little heavy handed with the bottle, I’m guessing. The service was decent. I was the only person there at the time so I can’t say it would’ve been difficult to please me. Maybe next time I need to make it clear that I was LIGHT mustard so that it doesn’t overpower the sand which. Oh well! It was free, right?!

Got a chance to try this place today. Interesting concept with the selection of a ‘Bag’ where you select the ingredients to your sandwich. I got the corned beef reuben and I point that out because I think they also offered a turkey reuben as well. I checked additional mustard, coleslaw, and onions to be put on the sandwich as well. All the ingredients I checked showed up on the sandwich which was good. The sandwich was good, but as is common these days with sandwiches a little small for the price. The store was very clean and the employees were actually busy cleaning while I was there. Which seemed odd it was only 1:30 pm you would think they’d be a little busier. I guess the lunch rush was over. Very small space to move around between the tables and the pickup counter and if there was any crowd in there I could see the space issue being a problem. You can get away with less than 10 bucks for a sandwich but with chips and a drink you’re looking at a few dollars more. Definitely a decent sandwich with the reuben.

I like the unique way to order my sandwich. But I have to wonder what it would be like if it were really busy. The sandwich I ordered was reminiscent of an Hawaiian pizza. The fillings were plentiful, and the toasting of the bun topped it of.

When it comes to sandwiches, Which Wich is my favorite place to get one. Love that you can choose from so many toppings and sauces all for the same price! This is a descent location, not too full, though it did take a good 10 minutes for my green eggs and ham. A small is still huge if you load it up and was enough for me to take half home for later, great deal at $ 6. Service is nice, the store clean and well kept, I wish they would be open for breakfast when I would rather eat a sandwich then at lunch or dinner.

This is a sandwich shop clearly targeting the college crowd, as it is almost across the street from Azusa Pacific University. Basically, the drill is this: You pull out one of the brown paper bags inserted into slots on the wall. The bags all have a dizzying area of topping selections for you to select your sandwich toppings. You give your completed bag to the cashier, and then you wait for them to scream out your name to let you know when your sandwich is ready. For the first time visitor, having to choose your toppings during a busy lunch hour is akin to taking a timed test that you clearly haven’t studied for. I had to encourage a number of people to go ahead of me as I fumbled through my selections. I’m sure the process becomes easier the more you visit. This place is all about Having it Your Way, so control-freaks would totally love it. There isn’t much in the way of seating, so if you are coming at the tail end of lunch hour, you are getting your food to go. Fortunately, my group was able to obtain one of the coveted tables, the seating of which wasn’t terribly comfortable. I think they must have gotten their furnishings from the Ikea on Guantanamo Bay. The sandwich was okay, but expensive. Probably won’t be coming back.

My favorite sandwich place! Personally, it’s better than subway, but also more expensive. For a medium sandwich, without any extras, the total cost is $ 9.78, I think? I forgot the exact change, but I know it’s a little less than $ 10, which to me is pricy, but worth it. The prices are the only thing keeping me from coming everyday. As for the variety, there’s a lot of it on the menu. I really suggest coming here. I like the way it is on how you order: Just fill out a bag with what you want, then bring it to the cashier to pay, and you’ll get your sandwich. And don’t worry, their sandwiches aren’t stingy on the meat. You get what you pay for. YUM. As for the employees, they’re so friendly with making you feel welcomed and showing you the menu. No matter how many times I walk in and stare at the menu, they always come by me and ask if I need help and I always tell them«I’ve been here before», and they suggest on what new sandwiches to try. Emil is my favorite! He’s so nice and adorable/ As for the decoration, after you’re done with you sandwich bag, you can decorate the bag and put it up on a wall that they have especially for that. I love that idea. Once when I ordered a sandwich and marked down«cold sub», they made it a «hot sub» on accident and kept apologizing, while I was saying«it’s ok, I don’t mind it, I don’t mind trying new things from here». And they kept apologizing and gave me a free sandwich coupon for next time. So, yay!

Delicious! The Italian grinder that consists of pepperoni and salami is wonderful! I can’t wait to go back. They just opened the end of June and I’m happy that it’s within a few miles of my home. You customize a bag and they create your sandwich just the way you want it! The employees were knowledgable and friendly! The prices are good too, and the strawberry milkshake was delicious!

Just opened the day I went and only a few people to be found. Came around 4p. As you probably know it’s sort of a make it your way sandwich place in the vain of Pieology or Chipotle. Am liking this place mostly because of the 7″ option. Always felt like the 6″ at Subway is not quite enough and the foot is too much. The meat is more tender then Subway’s I feel as well. I also like the decorating touch with 4th of July the paper bags on the wall.
