Just moved into the neighborhood and needed a new barber. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t jump into the barber chair without reading a review, however, the only other place I had heard anything about was recommended by a friend, with the major selling point being that they give you a free shot of vodka with your trim. I eventually decided not to because 1: I don’t know that I really want someone who’s likely hammered wielding pointy objects around my face, 2: My friend doesn’t have any hair to speak of, thus making his recommendation somewhat suspect. I wound up at Lemon Tree, where quite happily, June did a solid job. I have no idea if this is somewhere you’d want to go if you need a fancy haircut(that’s not because I think they can’t handle it, I just have zero experience in gauging this sort of thing) but if you’re looking for a good cheap trim, lemon tree’s got you covered. $ 12 + tip for a wash and trim. I’ll definitely be going back.
