I have no idea how this business stays in business. 1. Verbally abusive staff. 2. Mediocre cleaning ability. 3. Brought in an expensive suit. Returned with burned marks. They lied and said the burn mark was already there. 4. Shirts done with little care. How can one screw up a shirt. 5. Expensive compared to other cleaners. Based on the assessments of others on this page, there is a consensus. Go elsewhere.

Do NOTBRINGYOURCLOTHINGHERE! They do not take responsibility for damage they create. They are careless and ruin clothing with no apology and have no process for customer complaints. They not only iron in existing stains instead of removing them, but they add new stains and rips and then claim it wasn’t there fault! There is absolutely zero effort from owner and manager to contact you or allow you to contact them to discuss damages. I get that mistakes can happen but to have no way whatsoever to fix the mistakes or to communicate about them is deplorable. Shame on the owner Yong Pak for not taking responsibility for clothing being ruined and not allowing a process by which to file a claim. Shame on me for not checking Unilocal before I trusted this scummy business with thousands of dollars of clothing.

I had 2 lightweight blankets and a cotton blanket washed and was charged $ 75. The charge was for the quilt/blanket price. When I questioned this and said I wanted the blankets washed and dried rather than Dry cleaned the woman informed me that the prices were the same for either and that drycleaning services are a luxury service and are charged accordingly. The woman was rude and when I said we were regular customers who would now choose to go elsewhere she said she was very happy to send me to the other dry leaner down the street(who I have since found out has much higher ratings and better service). Don’t expect this cleaner to go out of their way to provide good service. I sent a nice scarf in and I have never been able to find it. I asked for another blanket to be washed in past and was told«we won’t do anything you wouldn’t do at home. Go to people who want to provide a great service with a nice manner. This place isn’t it.

Picked up my husband’s shirts and all of the shirts had stains that were not there when I brought them in. When I asked the rude rude woman to look at them and suggested they be relaundered, She started screaming at me and continued to verbally abuse me in front of other patrons and told me to take my cleaning and my «ass» out of her store and«hit the road»! I told her that she should be ashamed of herself and left with my dirty shirts. This was so abusive and shocking that I was traumatized after leaving. After seeing that other patrons have been treated so rudely, you would think that the owners of Crystal Cleaners would replace her. I will obviously not EVER go here again. This is pure abuse. You might want to think twice about going here.

I’ve heeded the warnings of fellow Unilocal, but because of the location I tried out this cleaner a few times. The upshot is this; I haven’t taken anything of importance or valuable there, but what I have taken has been cleaned correctly and at a fair price.

If you even remotely like your clothes, don’t take them to this place. My husband and I routinely had clothes damaged by this business and the other business which(at that time, at least) was owned by the same person — The Clean Center. When we tried to communicate with the owner she refused to respond. I finally wrote her a letter threatening legal action — that got her attention but she was still rude. Seems rudeness, like other stuff, rolls downhill here. I work in Seattle, so I take my clothes to Queen’s Cleaners on Taylor in Lower Queen Anne. Simply the best dry cleaner I’ve ever encountered.

All dry cleaners are about the same, unitl they ruin somthing. I brought in an expensive sweater, more of a sweater coat to be cleaned… when i got it home it had obviously been washed. Wool is now hard like boiled wool and it shrunk about 2 sizes. When i brought it in the owner said there was nothing wrong with it before she even looked at it! I put it on to show her, the arms are obviously very tight and it is double breasted and I cannot button it anymore. She started yelling at me no, no, no there is nothing wrong with your sweater. I said yes look it is too small, she kept on yelling at me and then responed with«sue me». I have live on bainbridge for over 20 years and this has to be the worst experience i have had with a business ever. i will now be using the new dry cleaners off of hildebrand.
