I’ve used this location only for its FedEx services. And all I can say is Grumpy Old Man attitude. Albeit it was a woman who always belittles the customers who only come in to drop off FedEx parcels. I’ve witnessed this woman yell and scold customers who are picking up fedex supplies to use on their packages. Horrible.
Bitter, Angry and simply unwelcoming environment. Surprised FedEx allows this. I’m sure they see customers using the much friendlier services of the «other» shipper on the island.
If this owner or manager doesn’t want the FedEx shipper business, why do it?
If service improves I’ll update this review.
