where to start. salt. grease. no flavor to the two burgers we had and the cole slaw was made with pickle juice. bread and butter pickles were on the burger and not at all pleasing for me. the two soups we had were one note. one was salt. the other soup ginger. overwhelmed. so disappointed as hoping the organic meal would be a repeat. really expensive. not tasty. and way way too much salt. the serving size of the fries was generous, and the price for the slaw low. but we threw out over half the meal.

This is my favorite restaurant ever. They have the best veggie burgers in the world, amazing shakes, and great fries. My family tells me the meat burgers are delicious too. If you’re looking for tasty, quality food, eat here. I am very passionate about this restaurant.

These burgers are nothing special. Casa Rojas and Isla Bonita do a better job.

First time we can here it was very very good. Not amazing service but really good food. The second time the food was very ehhh. Burger was barely cooked enough, the garlic fries were just small pieces of fries and the sweet potatoes fries almost seemed like regular fries with sugar sprinkled on them instead of salt… Not the red/orange yam fries we got last time. Oh and I asked for ice water and the chick dropped off a pitched of water, no ice, and a stack of two cups to pour for ourselves

We were excited to try Soup’r Burger. Loved the Super Hero décor. The burger was good and the fries were amazing. Now the bad news; our server(possibly an owner??) seemed to have no idea what customers were. I mean, this is a burger joint, I don’t expect to be overwhelmed with welcome and warm personality, but a little would have been nice. We ordered 3 burgers, a large fry and large salad for sharing, and 1 pop. Fries were served well ahead of the burgers and the salad was completely forgotten. When I asked about it, he looked at me with a bland look and said he’d check on it. He passed our table several times before letting us know the salad was being made. He then cleared dishes without asking if we were finished and then casually tossed the $ 50 check on our table without a word or smile. My husband, who usually doesn’t comment or care much, was really offended by the waiter’s attitude. $ 50 tab + poor service = bad value.

This place is ALLKINDS of amazing! If you haven’t been here to have a burger and sweet potato fries you are definitely missing out. Between the fantastic shakes and incredibly delicious burgers, the charming staff, the excellent location and the fact that everything is organic(including the staff!!) you can’t go wrong. Anyone who hasn’t been here yet should get their butt in gear

Every time I fly home from a long trip(I travel a bit), I’m usually dreaming of their lavender shakes before even landing!!! This place SERIOUSLY is amazingly addicting! As in great food, without the processed chemical, additives, hormones, pesticide crap that’s in most foods nowadays, but tastes INCREDIBLE, keeps you up at night craving those yummy shakes and burgers and fries, and salads and soup — addicting! For the peeps who don’t understand the cost of Organic, whole foods, remember what this place is all about… Good clean food, quality organic ingredients without all the crap that’s making everyone sick… In a fun location for my family to go out, and catch a movie before or after our yummy meal… Knowing we’re eating food that’s good whole organic, and DELICIOUS, from a restaurant, is a celebration! Wish there were more around like this!!! Please keep dishing it up!!!

Everything homemade and delicious– even the ketchup was made here. Burgers are hearty, shakes are authentic. I had a burger bowl because I am on a low carb diet. All their burgers have a no bread option. Lastly, we brought 5 kids here and they all loved it. Superheroes on the wall, pinball machines, warm service. You need to come here. Best burger I’ve had — easily. Beats uneeda, red mill, rain city and all similar options like that.

I wish I could give these guys five stars but the service is not there yet. We ate here twice this week as they use CLEAN ingredients, have friendly people, and promote the type of food choices I believe in. Last night they were slammed and we’re not quite up to the task… had our simple order mistaken for a different order, had a side brought to another table, then had the new order a bit too far on the ‘bloody’ end of the spectrum. Even so I hope they succeed in their mission and I will go back(just not this week!)

The basic cheeseburger was good — nice beef flavor, fresh toppings, very good bun. Good overall but not outstanding. The highlight for me was the fries — regular not sweet potato. The regular fries were delightfully crispy and flavorful without being greasy. Awesome fries. The sweet potato versions were ok but not as crispy or as good, and the garlic aioli was also just ok. The restaurant was fine inside, but the two story building with shops off a central hallway is kind of sad. The people were nice. The price was high — over $ 30 for two burgers, two fries an ok natural diet coke substitute and cinnamon-heavy ice tea that David didn’t care for. I guess prices aren’t low on Bainbridge, but these seemed quite high for what we got.

One of my favorite places on Bainbridge to grab a quick bite. The staff is really friendly and the food is all made in house with an emphasis on local and organic ingredients. If you’re looking for cheap Sysco frozen fries, this isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for crispy, golden fries made from real potatoes, then get yourself to Soup’r Burger! The fries are bites of potato heaven and I love the garlic aoli that can be ordered on the side(for an additional charge, but totally worth it!) The milkshakes are wonderful, made with real ice cream and no gummy, awful fillers. They have a nice selection of Bainbridge Brewery beers and if you’re so inclined you can get a glass of wine. I’ve seen a few other reviews that complained about the pricing but this isn’t a place that serves frozen, processed anything and when you use real ingredients to make your food, it’s going to cost more. So if you’re on the island, stop by and be sure to ask about the BIMA burger, it rotates every month or so and there have been some really interesting flavor combinations.

Nothing super about this place. Im giving the 1 star for the staff. They were all that was good. I’m all about organic food and willing to pay for it. However, $ 3 soda?!? No ice in the water? No lemon for the water? Fries EXTRA with a $ 12 chickadee burger.(it looked purple btw) and I couldn’t finish. Unacceptable. This place was ridiculous. They did have video games and gluten free buns. As I was walking out, I saw the waitress pouring water from a table she was cleaning into a carafe-the same carafe they pour water onto my glass!

@ Coffee lovers: Took 12 hours for them to make the cold drip coffee for this awesome coffee shake. Yummm! Must try if you swing through. Burgers are also delicious. I would have taken a picture but I couldn’t wait to eat it.

I’m really rooting for this place! The four stars is an average of a couple things: –Food 3.5 Stars: I’ve had a bit of inconsistency with the flavors here. My first burger was lacking seasoning, the garlic aioli was incredible a couple times then seemed to be too acidic. The ketchup is a unique flavor with a cinnamon undertone that I’m not entirely fond of. The coleslaw that accompanies the burgers is quite flat and one dimensional(needs some acidity/seasoning/spices.) BUT, the lamb burger is delicious with mint aioli! And the fries are just ridiculously crispy and perfectly seasoned! The sweet potato fries are to die for! Also, the bbq burger with crispy onions is mouthwatering! Once they get the consistency down, the food will get 5 stars for sure. :) –Ingredients 3 Stars: I’m a HUGE fan of local/organic ingredients and give them major props for that! They grind their own meats, which give the burgers amazing texture. However, the use of rice bran oil takes off 2 stars for me(Coconut oil, palm oil, beef tallow or lard are much more stable with high heat.) –Atmosphere 3 Stars: Cute superhero concept, but on the crowded side and lacking storage areas for restaurant items. Tends to look a bit messy. Just sayin. :) –Staff 5 Stars: The owners and staff are friendly and genuine!

This place is f’ing disgusting. Anyone whose given this place more than one star is a mental case & should seek help. It’s located in this bizarre depressed indoor mall/shop type thing, its weird. The«restaurant» is dark, its outdated, its dirty… like layer of grime on your table & the walls dirty. The light fixtures above the tables are even dirty. Gross. The food: I’ll be honest, the sweet potato fries are good but don’t dip them in the ketchup because its some sugar filled sweet ketchup and its pasty & not good. Onion rings, over fried, brown, no taste, served with this funky tasting dipping sauce. I had the veggie burger. The ‘patty’ itself has potential. But the rancid«spread» they put on it & the pounds of caramelized onions & the giant bready-bun, all bad. It also seriously falls apart & its a huge mess. I picked at the ‘patty’ part & that was about it. Husbands burger was inedible. He took one bite and about threw up. Something on his«Holy Cow» burger was bad, bad as in spoiled. He couldn’t tell what it was, the sauce, the cheese, the meat. He put it down & didnt eat another bite. In his words, «I’d rather eat a McDonalds cheeseburger that has been sitting in a car for 8 days than this.» So there you go.

Their food is good, but there were a few things that kind of disappointed me. It was pretty expensive for a burger place :(I did not learn until later(when I came home and read a newspaper review of the place) that the reason the prices are pretty high is because it’s all local, organic ingredients. It makes sense that organic ingredients are more expensive, but after charging $ 1.50 for a slice of cheese plus an additional $ 1.50 for each add-on — it tends to add up rather quickly. The burger itself was okay, though I wish it was a little more seasoned. Another thing I didn’t particularly enjoy was, if you want fries, then you can only order an entire basket that costs $ 4. I would have liked to see an option on the menu of a burger and a small order of fries for maybe $ 2, so people who want fries with their burger could do so without having to order an entire basket. Lastly, the place is kind of cramped. I wouldn’t say this is a huge issue because there’s really nothing they can do about it(considering they want to fit as many occupants to maximize their profits). Let’s just say it makes for a very intimate dinner with whomever is sitting at the next table over :) On the upside, service was friendly and attentive! Our food was delivered quickly and to order, and the décor is really fun. TL;DR — A little cramped, but service is fast and friendly. Definitely on the pricey side for a burger place, but it’s organic. Burgers, fries and drink for 2 costs roughly $ 40. Overall, 3.5 out of 5.

Definitely worth checking out! Technically this is a little over 3 stars but I do like this place. I dined here on their 3rd day of being in business so I was aware that Soup’r Burger is still working out their kinks. Currently, they are using a limited menu until next week. I decided to try the Classic burger(about $ 8) and added on bacon and avocado(extra $ 1.50 per add on) and split a basket of sweet potato fries with garlic aioli($ 4.50). The burger was pretty good and you can tell they use quality ingredients, although I agree with another review that they could add more«secret sauce». I think they could work on the bread, which was too thick. It was a challenge to bite into the burger because everything would slide out so I ended up eating it with utensils. Or perhaps they can wrap the burgers in paper so the burger can stay intact. Their sweet potato fries have to be some of the best I’ve had. I think they add cinnamon(?) or some sort of spice to give it an interesting twist. As for the service, I thought it was great. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I personally thought our food came out smoothly. I’ll definitely come back after they launch the full menu and edit this review.
