I got a refund. His name is Mark Follett. I made sure to get that name and write it down.»
I will visit your store when i am on the island next unless you have stickers on the door that point out that your not family/​kid friendly.
If you yell at my well behaved kids, that will be the last time you do so sir.
Treating your customers and said kids in that manner is not a way to do business in a small community let alone the global economy. You lost a sale, that affects your employees who hail from that small community. Common sense is short these days and the public customers/​public will pay a premium price for goods with great service, but not do so where they or their families are abused.
Shame on you Mark Follett!

Poulsbo, WA
BI is has a gem of a health food store in Willow’s Naturally. Their product selection is really great and they have a nice selection of books as well. The staff is helpful and friendly and they have pretty good hours.
If you are looking for health products, I would certainly recommend that you give them a try
