Have a lot of stuff in stop, but have had some bad/rude service. Also seems like a few times some guys will try to sell the more expensive product rather than another one that is the same but a little better priced.

Bought a new Shindaiwa T141 Weed eater there in late 2010. The weed eater became hard to start 6 months later. Each time I took the weed eater in the service clerk would adjust the carb so it would run but it wouldn’t start again after it cooled off. I went in several times until the weed eater wouldn’t even start when they tried to adjust the carb. It has been a month since they accepted the unit for repair. They have been telling me lies whenever I contact them. They are waiting on a carb, they installed a new carb but can’t fix it and don’t know why it won’t run, they are waiting for the Shindaiwa Rep to come in on Tuesday and they will call me Tuesday. Don’t worry, If we can’t fix it then Shindaiwa will replace it with a new one. After waiting a month, now they have started the deception cycle again. Now they say they have a carb and will install it yesterday and call me. Never called. They are lying and not keeping their promises.

2 seperate prices it seems for same thing, one higher for gringos and lower one for mexicans gardeners. You can get chemicals on line cheeper. Defenate racest business.
