There staff is beyond rude! Which is just common practice nowadays. However when there also incompetent then it’s even worse! They staff was very rude to me and my appointment was over an hour late. That was the first appointment was supposed to go in for a procedure however a month after scheduling yet they still had not got preapproval they apparently never tried. So I canceled the procedure because I was not going to go through that without preapproval the next day that they should have called me to tell me that I had a procedure I called to ensure that it was canceled and they told me I was not on the sheet to call however two weeks later I get a nasty gram from the office tell me about missing an appointment for The procedure these people are absolutely incompetent. I asked countless times to speak to the doctor because they were supposed to review some findings and the front desk crazy lady refused to let me speak to my own doctor I still have never received a call back from the doctor but don’t worry they build my insurance for my appointment they got their money don’t go anywhere near this place.
