I had no problems here. I originally stayed away because of bad reviews. I went to Dr. Manu because he had good reviews… DON’T go to Dr. Manu… go here. I hate to be mean but they are sooo rude and he didn’t take care of me. This place got me in found the problem and now I’m going to get it fixed. I say Dr. Bhaki at this place. He’s really good and fast. Guess these reviews aren’t always correct.

Dr Matuk is the best hands down

i was referred by my dr to go here, 1^st call redirected me twice got hung up on 2^nd call same thing but sent to a full message box 3^rd time I askd them to not redirect me they did and hung up on me, during this whole process they were just rude she askd whos my dr i said im a new patient then she transferred me over without saying anything it was just silent lol i didnt even know i was put on hold. They are just rude and I didnt make an appointment its clear how inconsiderate and rude these 3 ladies will be in person.

So while this place is pretty when you walk in its evident that the reception isn’t friendly at all. The woman at the front desk is abrasive and kind of rude. The skinny guy behind the counter seems more amiable and professional unfortunately he didn’t check me in. When I first walked in the woman didn’t greet me in any way other than by asking me if I had an appointment. Moments later what seemed to be her daughter came in and handed a child over the counter while people where still in line. This to me seems very unprofessional especially considering it’s a medical establishment. Dr. Bhaika was really cool very matter of fact and pleasant. If for whatever reason you go to that place just be aware of the rude lady at the desk. Avoid her like the plague. The place is nice enough the doctor is really good but that lady jeez what a pain. Fake and rude.

Wish I had read the reviews before going here. When I asked why I needed a procedure I got no explanation so I didn’t do the procedure. So the doctor decided not to treat me at all. Don’t go here and ask for information. You won’t get it. More about what the doctor tells you to do. Not about working as a team towards a common goal.

I got referred here for a procedure by my primary care. I have never had a GI procedure and would think there would be a bit more information or help from the folks at the office. Nope, think again. The front desk ladies seem like they’d all rather be anywhere else and are not very helpful. I went in and like a good patient, filled out all their paperwork as requested. My questions and desire for some information and perhaps even some reassurance were completely denied.
I have not had the procedure, but am hoping the day of and the doctor will be better than what I experienced in the office. Needless to say, if I wasn’t looking forward to it before, I’m even more anxious now. If you actually have a choice of where to go for GI work, I’d keep looking. Otherwise, make sure you get ALL information you can from your own doctor. Because this place is not going to be of much help.

I have never been at a more unprofessional place. Nothing but confusion. AVOID!!!

Dr Matuck is a nice gentleman and I believe a fair Doctor. His front office staff on the other hand is just the worst possible. They will not schedule appointments regardless and argue with you over everything. I’ve never been so frustrated in my life as his staff have made myself and my wife feel. We are done with this office and will not return. I’d terminate all his staff and start over.
