Not very helpful not a good customer service or friendly for that matter when you’re under stress and you need a key for your car you don’t need this type of service you need somebody that will have more understanding and more patients

i had to have my steering column repaired and rekeyed — it got to the point where the key wouldn’t turn in the ignition anymore. mr. bozarth not only did a great job on the repair but gave me a ride to work while my car was in his shop. his shop is a locally owned business and i try to use local guys as much as i can. his pricing was very fair and he did a great job. he knows his stuff.
