Once again, Excellent service. Second vehicle I’ve brought in and second review. They have JR back working the shop and he has superior knowledge about audio performance. I was going to purchase a sub & amp combo elsewhere and then called this place to see what they had to offer at a comparable price, he said I can match that, but this is what I recommend. After going to see him, he upgraded my amp (no charge) and recommend some competition subs… BOOM, THUMP & BAM. Plus had them install one of their alarms and some rear speakers I picked up elsewhere… All this done in an hour and half before closing. Thank you California Audio Concept.

Not good. Prices are Double what you can buy for online. The installer broke out a plastic pieces from my car and told me «it was Like that when I brought it in» I know my car and it was not broken, also it was Directly behind the place he was installing at… AND the wires he installed where sticking out of the hole he made.

I have been coming here for years and have gotten excellent custom every single time just like day one. I have had a total of 8 cars done by them and I am proud to refer anyone there. They are honest and loyal and have great prices. Please only do business with these guys they ROCK and you won’t be disappointed. Plus Chan and his wife are funny as Hell and honest wouldn’t do anyone wrong and gives it to you straight.

I decided to come to California Audio Concept after discovering I could get a Viper alarm system installed in my car for at least $ 40 less then the competitors. I came in the day before I was to get the alarm installed to view all of the options. The owner wasn’t very friendly, but I continued to look around. After making my decision I asked the owner if I needed to make an appointment for the next day to get the alarm installed. He said no, to just come in. When I arrived the next day I was told by the owner that all of his mechanics were on lunch and they wouldn’t be back for about 45 minutes. I decided to go ahead and wait. Almost two hours later the alarm was installed, and I asked to have all of the old parts back. Upon inspecting the old parts I noticed that they didn’t include my old siren, when I asked why they told me my old siren was louder, so they kept it in. But where was the new siren I had paid for? They had decided doing to keep it without telling me. I had to ask for it back. The next day I called to ask about the starter kill switch, and the owner of the shop told me they had not installed the kill switch. When I inspected the packaging I saw that the alarm included the kill switch. When I asked the owner why they didnt install it he said that they do not install them in women’s cars because «99% of women can’t handle them». They left out a piece of the alarm without even letting me know because he assumed I couldn’t handle it. How many women have been ripped off because of this? I went back down to have them install it, because that is what I had paid for and the owner was very rude about it. I will not return, and I recommend that others do the same. They will try to scam you, and are not at all business like.
