Darrell and his crew came out and cleaned the carpet and tile in our new home prior to moving in and did a great job. They arrived on time and finished sooner than expected. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

Darrell is my go to carpet cleaning guy. My carpet always looks brand new every time he comes out. He has gotten out stains that have been there for years or just any pet stains I have. He’s super professional with top quality equipment. I give him 10 stars!!!

Darrell did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpet in my motorhome. Was able to give me a next day appt. Gave me a time he would be there and asked if it would be ok if he was early. Nice to be able to count on someone who tells you a tells you a time that they will be there and actually did show up a little early. Darrell even got the black mark out of my carpet the slide had left behind from going in and out. Will definitely use again.

Darrell was super helpful, thorough, and did an AMAZING job! He is flexible with time and can get to your place as soon as you need him. He is very nice and knows a lot about carpets. He got out ALL of our pet stains! I will never «cheat» on him with the bissell again!

Excellence Janitorial Services were truly excellent. We were just about to move into our new home and I wanted to be sure all stains were removed and any allergens or pet hair removed. They came on time, were speedy (took one hour to do 4 bedrooms), and the carpet looked great afterwards. They were kind enough to explain the entire process and appeared to really know what they were doing. For example, they knew that my carpet was «next generation» which meant that it need a lower pH so as not to strip out part of the material. The carpet took a few hours to dry completely, which was not a huge inconvenience. I felt very comfortable letting them into my home and will definitely use them again.

I had heavy traffic stains and a large kool-​aid stain on my carpet. I had the company contracted with my apartment complex come out and clean my carpet. They did a horrible job, the kool-​aid stain was still there and it looked like they hadn’t even cleaned the high traffic area. I called Excellence Janitorial Services and they came out right away. They got the kool-​aid stain out and redid the high traffic area. The carpet looked brand new. They charged me a very reasonable price as well and I was very impressed with how they were able to come out on such short notice. I’ve used their service since and have been extremely pleased with the results and price. I would highly recommend using their service.
