Their gas is always comparable with Costco and I don’t have to fight my way up Rosedale Hwy to get there. I’ve only had one snafu here one time I bought pre paid phone cards and I was out of town and went to use them and they were not activated!!! And of course I did not save my receipt and when I brought them back in they acted like I had stole them! We’ll lesson learned make sure the person you purchase your cards from know what they are doing and keep your receipt. That’s $ 30 I’ll never get back. Otherwise it our go to place for fuel they have both gas and diesel so we are accommodated. I give it three stars and not four because they charge more if you pay with your card and not cash. But they have a subway inside and that is a plus who doesn’t like subway.

You have to get your game here because they have several pump selections and a huge selection inside as well. They are one of the cheapest in town but the help inside will always greet you at the door.

Not my usual type of review, but, this place is great. Clean, fast, and friendly. They have good ice, too! I’m always out in less than a few seconds cause they are on top of the customers and they don’t let you wait.

This place gets so busy. This Fastrip is my favorite. Why? Is it because of their cheap gas? Nope, but they are lower than anyone else on that intersection even with the extra fees for using a credit or debit card. Is it because of their promotions on their products? Nope, but they are lower than the 7-Eleven across the street. They are my favorite Fastrip because they have the best Subway sandwich shop in Bakersfield inside their store!

Apparently I don’t take change very well, or give it. Every year once maybe twice a year for the last, oh 10 years, I’ve stopped at this location to get gas on my way to and from Arizona. Not any longer will I be stopping here. They now charge .35 cents extra to your debit card for gas purchases. Just come out here and bend me over while you’re at it too!

This is your run-of-the-mill gas station/convenience store — and here’s what I have to say about it: Highlights: +Competitive fuel prices and many pumps +Redbox movie rentals right out front +Huge beer cooler/refridgerated room +many self serve food items — coffee drinks, slushies, nachos and the like +friendly worker bees Lolights: –absolutely stankonya bathrooms — I travel to Rosedale weekly for work and I swear the same shit stains are in the EXACT same place each and every week. Ohhh, and the smell — they must use an old, stale mop that’s been soaking in bleach to clean the floor — it smells like it. –Everything feels sticky in here — the refridgerator door handles, the bathroom door handles, the check-out counter, the floor, the bag of chips you just picked up — does anyone wash their hands here? Ewwwww… If you need to use the restroom — pick elsewhere — gross, gross, gross.

The gas is cheap here. Today, for example, gas is $ 4.05/gal here(cash) and $ 4.19/gal across the street at the Chevron. I don’t know about you, but I prefer to spend less on gas and more on things that really matter to me. Yeah, I know you’re going to argue that it’s worth it to pay $.10 /gal extra to get those magical additives that the brand name stations claim they add, but I just don’t buy it. Just remember, if you pay by credit card you’ll be charged more! Access from Rosedale Hwy going East is easy, just turn into the lot. Headed West on Rosedale is trickier. Don’t turn left onto Allen as you won’t be able to turn left into the lot or u-turn to get back for at least a block or two. Make a u-turn at the light onto Rosedale Hwy East and then turn into the lot. This location has quite a few parking spaces, a well stocked minimart, and a Subway Sandwiches inside. Yummy. Now THAT I buy.
