Detailed on all his exams any problems after the visit they will call u back as soon as they can to answer any questions if not they will schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

One of the most sincere and honest ophthalmologist in Bakersfield. He always performs detailed exams and explains the process thoroughly and clearly. Dr. Alexandrakis won’t write out eye glass prescriptions, just to make a quick sale. I’ve been to other eye doctors in town who have done just that… He was referred to me by my kids’ pediatrician. In other words, he’s doctor which other doctors go to. He’s great with kids and adults, plus his office offers free wifi!

Checked into office on time. Lights were way low so that the waiting room looked like a cave. Receptionist was all business. Not welcoming but not rude either. Within 20 minutes I was called to the exam room. Basic vision test and eyes dilated.
Exam with Dr. was good. The Dr. Was welcoming. He explained the procedure and finished quickly. Overall, this was a normal appointment and the office was fine. Visit was too short to give a solid recommendation, but the Dr. was competent and the office was immaculate.
It can’t hurt to give him a try. He seemed very nice.

This man violated federal law and forced a blind man and his service dog to leave his office. You just can’t do that. What kind of a doctor doesn’t know how to follow the Americans with Disabilities Act in 2014? Or more aptly, what kind of a doctor CHOOSES not to follow it? I’ll tell you what kind — one who doesn’t want or need to be in business any longer. I urge everyone seeking out an opthamologist to find another provider who won’t deny someone’s basic rights because they are inconvenient to him. Let’s all hope this guy gets a hefty fine and moves away.
