i came here to fill a order for my company and was surprised to find out that our purchaser or my predecessor had not received a purchase order for the items. the staff was friendly and understanding and offered to fill the order and give me the items on good faith. i was really impressed considering they are not one of our preferred vendors. we received our items and they asked if we could provide a purchase order number as soon as we had one. they showed exceptional customer service and my company and i could be happier
