Here we go again! After fighting with LaZ Boy for months to honor their guarantee for the bad, bad chairs they sent me. They finally replaced the chairs, but not without a LOT of pressure. Now it’s the couch! The front of the arm is falling off. The furniture from them is very poorly made and they do NOT honor the warrantee, at least not easily. So, here we go again. What a waste of money to buy from LaZ Boy… don’t make that mistake!

The staff is very friendly and will take all the time you want to answer all your questions and find a great fit for you. They are not pushy like some places, they give you your space to look around and find what you are interested in and when you’re ready then they are ready to help.
