That Moment You Wake Up And Are In The Mood To Cook A Nice Breakfast And Lowe’s STILL Hasn’t Fixed The Cabinets That Were Damaged/Not Installed Correctly… Not To Mention Lowe’s Advised Us Our Warranty Would Be Voided For Fixing Cabinet Drawers That Were Improperly Installed In The First Place. Not To Mention Their Installers/Delivery Scratched Up Our Wooden Floors… No Functioning Kitchen + Big Headache= Dissatisfied Customer… We Went With A Bigger Company To Avoid All This Extra Stuff… How Many More Emails And Phone Calls Must One Make???53 Days And Counting:/

Lowes is ok. But don’t depend on delivery service ! Twice in the last two years the have proved there is no communication. Promised morning delivery, but the when delivery called they said between 1 and 3. Is that morning? Never again will I resist Lowes delivery

Was sent to this store from the Rosedale one because their delivery timeframe was more favorable to what I was looking for. I had already done my shopping and research on the HE dryer that I was purchasing for my Mother. Upon arrival, I applied for a lowe’s credit card which was short and painless. I headed over to the appliance center which was completely deserted. I pushed the«need help» button and a random guy from the lighting department came to «help». I told him I already knew what I wanted and that I was just there to make the purchase. He didn’t seem like he really knew what he was doing, so I asked him if there was anybody around that actually works in that department. He said no that that person was on lunch. He didn’t offer or ask if I needed the dryer installation kit, I had to bring up the subject, he seemed irritated that I was trying to make sure I was purchasing everything I needed to install the gas dryer. Another employee came over and told him that he needed to physically go check the back room to make sure my items were in stock, and after waiting what seemed to be an eternity, he came back and said one of the items was out of stock. By this time I was far too irritated(since the Rosedale store called beforehand and they told us they did have the items in stock) so I told him to cancel the whole thing and left. I ended up buying the dryer, pedestal, installation accessories(total $ 1,200) and set up the delivery from best buy online and avoided hassling with incompetent employees.

We went on a Monday morning which made for a pretty easy visit. We come to Lowes a lot and prefer it to Home Depot. We had at least four employees stopped and asked us if we needed help and even walked us to what we needed.

This is a nice Lowe’s. Where i used to live, i would normally go to Home Depot, but my hunny drove me to Lowe’s for our fix-its around our house. We asked a few questions about paint and what they would recommend for painting our cabinets. They were very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and answering any questions we had. A few days later i went to Home Depot, TERRIBLE service and uneducated employees on products and departments. I will not be going back!

I really like Lowe’s. I go to the one adjacent to my home in Northridge all the time for what I need. Yeah their prices aren’t always the best, but I trust in the quality of the brands and materials they have in the warehouse. I also tend to typically enjoy the salespeople on the floor who are usually(not always) helpful. I went to this Lowe’s because I wanted to help my mom find a new fridge. I like the selection of appliances they had on hand(Lowe’s has a better selection than Home Depot hands down). Why I’m giving this place 5 stars is because of the superior customer service I received from Daniel in appliances. Actually from the whole team there. They helped my mom find the right fridge, and while they didn’t have the one she wanted in stock, we settled on another quality fridge. Daniel worked his butt off to ensure we got a discount promotion and that the delivery was free of charge!(Delano, where my mom lives is 30 miles away!) In addition, he also gave us the ice maker free of charge. Daniel tended to my mom as he would his own and so did the rest of the crew who came to deliver the appliance(THEVERYNEXTDAY!). Thanks guys, you made this experience great for me and my mom.

Worst customer service: our company has an LAR(Lowe’s Accounts Receivable) account, and we use Lowe’s as our primary vendor for hardware supplies in four counties; but not Bakersfield, I told my guys to go to Home Depot. I told my employee to let the cashier know that we have an LAR account; she wouldn’t even help him. When I told him to ask her to call her manager so I can speak to them. She walked away and never came back. I told him to go to the nearest Home Depot. This Lowe’s has lost our business.

Typical Lowes This one has a great garden section and helpful guys in the appliance/plumbing section We also found great deals this year on Christmas décor and lawn fertilizer
