McDonald’s

Terrible service, employees don’t care, forgot things in my bag and are not serving ice cream half the time. This McDonald’s is sub par from my experience.

This boy Alex took our order and was so nice and friendly greeted us with a smile and was patient when we didn’t know what we wanted to order. He had our meal out right away and even came by to our table to check if we were doing alright great service !

This place is a joke! So many times I’ve gone to get ice cream, usually around 7:30 and almost every time the machine is down! How coincidental it’s down every evening approximately 3 hours before closing. It’s very obvious the employees are taking the machine apart for cleaning much earlier than closing since it’s a timely process. I think management should look into their ice cream sales in the evening. I guarantee it’s extremely low.

Fast take out burgers. That’s it. MacDonald’s is the same everywhere. The kid that took the order was good and spoke English so that’s a plus. She counted out the change correctly and we were on our way. It was more pleasant than 80% of the other MacDonald’s in town.

Terrible service, make sure you double check everything, forgot a cheeseburger in a happy meal, the top bun on a Big Mac, to name a few things

Arrived at this restaurant in the drive thru at 6:50 a.m. No one was at the speaker. So, I drove to the 1^st window and no one was there. Drove to the 2^nd/​paying window and Kelly said her head set went out. I placed my order and while she took my card to pay, she was viewing her cell phone… why are they able to use their cell phones while working??? She then decided to get my coffee. I let her know I was in a hurry. She walked over to the kid at the food window and they both laughed, then she brought my breakfast. The english muffin on the sausage mcmuffin was stale. Don’t eat at this restaurant… they are extremely unprofessional and could care less about their customers. Food is horrible!!!

My mom and I stopped in here only to grab some food to go. We were greeted by a young lady named Destiny at the front counter. I must say that she went above and beyond to be friendly and gracious to us. It sure has been a long time since I have ever received that kind of service at a Mcdonald’s. Good job Destiny!

Please don’t eat here it’s very dirty and the employees are not customer friendly.
I will only say that if the manager has no control of its employees and no control over the daily operation of this store, well not much more I can say.

today we stopped to buy food for our kids at the bakersfield mcdonalds restaurant on Weedpatch Hwy. We were in a rush and out boys were hungry. We go to McDonalds a few times per year so we are familiar with their restaurants. This particular store was the worse one I have been to in my entire life (not an exaggeration). The inside of the restaurant was covered in flies. The tables were dirty and covered in flies. My husband and I had to keep an eye on our kids’ food and kept swatting away flies as they approached. We cut the meal short because we were disgusted. My son (toddler age) had to use the bathroom, and my husband indicated that not only were the toilets filthy, they toilets themselves were covered in flies, many many flies, not just a couple. We were horrified that we even ate there as we imagine the flies must travel back and forth from dining room to toilet. Im not sure how anyone in this day and age can run a restaurant like that. Its disgraceful and disgusting. Its also a disservice to the folks in that community. The conditions at this restaurant were comparable to ones in third world countries. Please don’t eat there.

When will I learn! By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! I hope McDonalds corporate sees this because something needs to be done! The drive thru is always long, the fries are always cold or burnt! The order is never right! I just sat in the drive thru for ten minutes just to get burnt fries and my cheeseburgers with the no onion sticker but they still had onions! I will continue to Unilocal this until the place is shut down! Don’t go there! Drive 3 miles west and stop at the other McDonalds!
