Slowest workers at any Starbucks on earth. I’ve been here a few times, so I knew what to expect. I ordered ahead online with the app knowing it would take a long time. Even ordering 10 mins ahead I stood there 13 minutes. Why do I do this to myself for coffee?

Always stop at this one when traveling. Though I was the only one inside in line, had to wait forever because of drive through. The bathroom was ghetto, no toilet paper and dirty floor.

I am not a Starbucks fan, but what isn’t there to like at this location. It has a drive-​thru, it’s clean, wifi available, and much more! A good place to stop if you’re traveling through Bakersfield. Plus, you can fuel up just across the street.

I have been here many times as this is on the way up to see the grandkids so we frequent this location. On my last visit I opted to go in since the drive thru line was long and I don’t mind going inside.
I was greeted by a very friendly barista who took my order. Then it began. I waited and waited and waited. Took some photos that I posted. Waited then one of them said I’m sorry your order is just now getting the shots pulled.
This is after two other people came in ordered blended drinks and got theirs and left, mine were just iced coffee drinks. WTH Really?
The barista that waited on me never said boo to me, never looked at me again just kept refilling bottles and the gal making drinks looked at me once and said sorry I’m pulling your shots right now it will be a minute.
My husband even got out of the car came in to see what happened? I was in there for 15 minutes for two drinks I guess I will use the drive thru next time because going inside is a sure mistake.

This particular Starbucks has all the same products as the others so what sets it apart is the staff. They are friendly, but they consistently get my order wrong. I cannot drink coffee at all in any form. It makes me quite literally ill. I always order things with a tea or cream base and specifically state no coffee. Nine times out of ten, whoever is making my beverage gives on autopilot and makes it with coffee. If I’m in the store I can have them remake it, but if it was drivethrough I don’t have that luxury and am them stuck with something I can’t drink plus an upset stomach from the sip of something containing coffee. They really need to pay closer attention to the orders.

The drinks here always taste a little off from the rest of the starbucks in town. Service varies sometimes good other times horrible. I understand they are busy almost all the time, but come on. The drive thru is always busy and the take forver to make the drinks once you’re at the wondow.

The drive thru here can get VERY busy but I blame that on its easy highway on/​off access and there not being another Starbucks for miles. However parking is plentiful and its easy to get in/​out of the shopping center it shares with Jack in the Box. The baristas have always been friendly, knowledgeable and accurate with orders. Service also seems to be slightly faster if you order inside.

Nothing out of the ordinary with this Starbucks. Service was fast and friendly. Drinks were made perfectly. This location has a deive thru and is conveniently located off of hwy 58 and hwy 186 for easy on and off.

They always have bad customer service at this location. I come here often because I work very close by. Today they topped the cake. I waited in the drive through 20 minutes because the car in front of me ordered a million fraps. It took this guy a good five minutes to get my order (one drink) … When I get up to the window, he hands me the wrong size drink. I nicely reminded him I asked for a Venti, he hands the drink to another gal, she dumps water and soy milk into the DAIRY blender (I’m allergic AND asked for no water!) blends for a sec and dumps in a Venti cup… Are you kidding me. I hate this location. They always take way too long and I can make a better cup of coffee. I will def op for the gas station from now on. Thanks for wasting my 6 $ bucks a$$holes

57 Mins to get a cup of coffee… Let me repeat that 57MINUTES TO GET A CUP OF COFFEE… R U SERIOUS?!? Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as you possibly can… Manger was rude when I voiced complaint about it taking a HOUR to get a cup of coffee… Only reason they got one star is because I HAD TO GIVE THEM A MINIMUM OF 1 STAR!!!

Newly remodeled. Handicap friendly communal table. Nice to see a place for people in a wheelchair. Staff care about customers. Laura is so sweet. Convenient off hwy 58. Outside tables make the perfect experience.

It’s been a while … Enjoying a much needed white mocha fix !!! This location is located perfectly on and off highway 58 and weed patch highway. The baristas are always chipper and seem to enjoy what they do. This like most Starbucks can get very busy. But have to say even when the line was wrapped around the building, they really kept it together. Knocked the orders out and with a smile :-D
Also wanted to add that when I ordered a recipe drink, they didn’t give me am did look (some places give you this ugh don’t break my routine look) she smiled and said how interesting compared it to a recipe she knew about. Made suggestions for future orders. This was a previous time when I was inside the store. Today was just a drive thru fix. None the less a super awesome barista doing a spectacular job!

I love stopping in any establishment where you can count more friendly faces than grumpy employees. My order is correct and quick every time which is a huge plus for me. Even better when you are addressed by name, a good employee takes note of repeat customers. This location definitely earns five stars.

They always get my order correct, no matter how picky my drinks are. The staff is very friendly. It’s always clean. Clean restrooms. I found it’s faster to walk in and order than use the drive-​thru. The drive-​thru can be six cars back at times. But they pump out those orders fast.

This is my official «road-​trip East» Starbucks. It’s perfectly situated to pick up my favorite caffeinated drink on the way out of town whenever I’m headed to Tehachapi, Las Vegas, Lancaster /​Palmdale, or even just a trip to visit my mom in Arvin. And, yes, a Starbucks drink is part of my ritual for pretty much every road trip ever. This is also a great location to pick up a drink to help keep me going that last little bit on the way home, too!
I’ve never been inside this Starbucks (negatively affects your ETA on a road trip — just joking) but I’ve always received good service from the employees who work the drive-​thru. My drinks have always been prepared properly, even when I ask for complicated drinks. One of my favorite drinks is a grande americano with 3 inches of steamed breve and 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup and it’s always come out perfectly.
