«Nik» was just soooo phenomenal and attentive. I HIGHLY recommend sitting in his section. His customer service was PRIME and he has a GREAT sense of humor. PF Changs is LIT. The management really knows what they’re doing.

This place is so amazing! We love the atmosphere it’s very romantic. This restaurant is always clean, staff is very friendly and it has made a great place for our anniversary. For the past four years we have attended this restaurant for our anniversary dinners. We will continue to celebrate our anniversary for as long as this place is in Bakersfield. The food is so good garlic noodles, chicken lettuce wraps, and the most amazing desserts, a couple of bottles of wine and we are set.

Server was great But long blonde hair in one of the dishes was not. Especially when the long blonde hair was sticking out of one of our members mouth Manager only took off the cost for that one dish, yet I feel he should have at least taken 50 percent off of the total bill. Manager didn’t even come by to apologize. Either there was poor management or he was afraid to stop by because we would have torn him a new ahole. This was not the first time. Last time we found a metal piece in the food. Need to canvas your dishes before the first bite!

Food was overcooked and chewy. I had a spicy beef dish that was like beef jerky in hot sauce and my wife had lemon chicken that was dry and hard to swallow. Overpriced and overcooked.

The food was good, I love it. The only one thing I did not like was the food take long.

Northern ribs, garlic noodles, broccoli beef and friend green beans are the way to go. I had a run in with a rude hostess one time but other than that, the service is excellent. I recommend sitting in Nik’s section.

As usual, an excellent meal, great service! Fresh ingredients, nice décor. The Mongolian Beef, Double Pan Fried Noodles, Crispy Green Beans, Pot Stickers, and the new Ginger/Broccoli Chicken were all excellent! Definitely going back again soon

The server who helped us was fantastic. Her name was Dominica. She made our dinner awsome. Order was correct and glasses always filled. Great place…

Not impressed. Our server was«On Point» but the food was blah. Spicy chicken and a bowl of hot and sour soup. we did a side of fried garlic green beans(to oily) and diatomite shrimp(reduced pieces… maybe 8 total). Over all, very sub-standard. Not sure we will come back. Meals as we seen them tonight are way over priced.

Now I get why they rated this restaurant 3 stars in rating it 2 stars for the following reasons. Service is reallllyyyy slow. Takes 20 – 30 mins to order, to get the food, to get half of the order, and another 30 min for our check and to go box. my husband ordered the«Chang spicy chicken» — not spicy at all. The only thing I liked about this whole experience was the Mongolian beef I ordered. We had dinner on a Tuesday night it wasn’t packed but it was enough people to keep the servers«busy» We’ve been to other PF changs but this place is just bad all the way around. We’re not coming back to this location.

Really good food In my opinion. Nice casual restaurant. My only complaint is that I can no longer go to China bistro and others and eat their 5lbs of slimy kung pao chicken for $ 5 anymore. PF Changs has spoiled us!

Ok, let’s get to the nice parts before I start. At least the place is pretty and clean. The servers are also nice and attentive even though it was super busy. That being said, the food? No, just no. I have been to fast food, places with better tastes than that. PF Changs is like the Taco Bell of Asian cuisine and at least Tace Bell doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg and tastes better. Wanton soup might as well have been tap water with soysauce. Pepper beef was just a soft salt lick with veggies. The only thing edible on the chicken dish we bought was the broccoli. No one touched the pathetic representation of «mongolian noodles.» Thing is, going into this restaurant, I knew it was going to be bad, but my poor mother saw a gift card deal at Costco and wanted to try. If you like this place, fine, great, someone has to. I’m just saying you deserve better. If you want better food for half the cost, just go to the various local mom and pop places around. Some of them aren’t the greatest but they are certainly better than the food we had. Just so you know, the look of utter betrayal on my mother’s face at the taste of the food, almost made the night worth it.

My favorite place so far for pad Thai. It’s never too busy, the service has always been great, and the food always comes fast.

Oh my goodness!!! Kelly our server was AWESOME! Super sweet and knowledgeable of the menu. They have a non-alcoholic beer, Erdinger which my husband loves. The food was great. We didn’t leave with leftovers. That’s how yummy everything was. Thank you Kelly for making our New Year celebrations wonderful. 2015 – 2016

Currently waiting for our server to just bring drinks. I was able to download the app, and write this whole review, before the drinks have even arrived. Our wait time to be seated was 20 – 25 minutes and we were seated in less time than it took to be served drinks. All in all, haven’t gotten our food yet, but expect that to take awhile… service is terrible

Service was good although I never got a drink refill the entire meal. The lobster roll and salt and pepper Calamari were good not great. We ordered Broccoli Beef and Lemon Chicken. The Beef was tough and the Lemon Chicken was very dry. We were very disappointed.

Last time I came everything was amazing. The spicy changs chicken was very crispy an cooked perfectly. Today I ordered take out an the spicy changs was not crispy at all and a couple pieces of chicken were almost inedible. The lettuce wraps were good as always.

Handmade pan fried dumplings, lettuce chicken wrap appetizer both awesome. I found the honey chicken a bit too sweet for me; but my bad. What did I expect with a“honey” chik dish? Nice lunch specials that included soup and rice. Great place for a date and drinks/well stocked bar. I liked that that they had organic green tea, and other healthy, glutton free alternatives. Servicer was very attentive and offered suggestions. Sure, it is a lot more than the little family owned Chinese restaurants down town, and it is a chain, but I think the extra price is worth the cool, trendy, upscale setting. Great neighborhood. Very near the Nordstrom Rack.

This is a review for the bar section during happy hour only. Baristas were really friendly, they keep your bill updated every time you add an item on. My friend and I ordered a couple of appetizers and Sapporo and hot sake… yumm. The appetizers for happy hour is really fairly priced and comes in a good portion. Crab stuffed fried wonton: Reminds me of crab rangoons my uncle makes me except they are a little stingy on the crab meat part. I felt like I mostly ate fried wonton peel with each bite. Sweet chili sauce drizzled over 6 pieces. Lettuce chicken wraps: Excellent portion size for happy hour appetizer. A house favorite for most customers, they aren’t shy on this plate and will scream«we’re proud to serve you this» note, ask for some oyster sauce to go along with this dish, trust me, it’ll taste even better! Ahi tartar: Four pieces of tuna mix with drizzled tartar on top of what seems to be a fried cracker. Not too sure. But the tuna was fresh and mixed well with the crunch of the bottom piece. I’d get this again! Will come again some day to try the restaurant portion. until next time!:)
