Plaque Attack at Hacienda Dental

Had a horrible experience there and will not be returning! Don’t recommend this place at all!!!

First of all let me say that I am terrified of dentists, drills and needles. It takes me quite a while to trust someone to work in my mouth. But my dentist of many years closed up shop and I was forced to find another. First we tried another dentist close by our house but she wanted nearly 3 ½ times from us that what our plan said we should pay for our co-​payment. So we found a place even closer to try. My husband went first and Dr. Gruber has done three needed crowns and a filling. And when his last temp crown fell out they took him right in to fix it. He gets his permanent crown in about a week. My husband declared him gentile and thorough and he did not price gouge us. I procrastinated then went for an exam and x-​rays. He told me what I expected. I needed another round of deep cleaning of my gums as I have been battling gum disease all my life. But I was amazed to find that the hygienist who did the actual cleaning was equally gentile. She numbed my gums with a topical first and then used a smaller needle than what my former dentist used. All done and I was not as traumatized as I expected to be. Wow! I am convinced that this is our new family dental office and would recommend them to anyone.

Nice and clean. The staff is friendly. They do good work here. My niece hasn’t complained at all about any of the work she is having done here. So far would totally recommend.
