Pump It Up

This place is amazing. I am so impressed with the staff. My daughter is small for her age and it was her first time playing here. She was timid and seemed afraid but then the staff came to her rescue and played with her. Climbing the equipment and using encouraging words. She ended up having so much fun. I told the manager about his employees and how impressed I was of the establishment.

OK so I have to say I’m a little on the cheap side. I’ve spent years worrying about saving money and have made some goofy decisions in that pursuit. For instance, I had the bright idea to throw a birthday party at my house, Get 30 kindergartners, and their parents, plus family and family friends in my house and yard, rent a bounce house, tables, chairs, cook/​buy food, buy a cake, ensure everyone was served and everyone was happy, then break it all down and clean up the mess. At the end of the day it would be 9pm, I would be putting the vacuum cleaner away and heading off to the shower while the birthday girl slept. I would be here, but totally miss the party. Then my wife (who I married because she is so incredibly good at pointing out in detail why I’m wrong and how to do things right) stepped and and put me straight. Once I came out of pocket for the gas, food, rentals, set up, break down and then half a day on clean up I would have spent more than just doing a party for 30 kids at Pump it up.
Thanks spousal unit! As usual she was right. I saved money and a considerable hassle by moving the party to Pump It Up. For a decent price, we got a full service party and I didn’t have to do anything but greet parents and enjoy watching the kids play. They had a blast. This place is kid heaven on Earth. We let them work up a good appetite and then stuffed them all in the party room for Rusty’s Pizza and cake. The staff handled the service and even wrote a gift list for future thank you cards. They brought everything out to the car and packed it in for us at the end. All I had to do was enjoy the party, enjoy the food, and unload at home.
I will never waste my money and effort on an at-​home party for my little one again. Pump It Up takes care of it from invitation to cleanup. Trust me dads and moms, you gotta try this.

I chose this place for my daughters 6^th birthday party because all I want is a place where I can invite her friends but dont have to do a lot of set-​up and cleaning. They provide food and drinks, take care of cleaning up, and I’m done.
Our party time was from 11:30am-1:30pm, got there 30 minutes early so we could sign in and wait for everyone to arrive. When we brought our meat platters (for grown ups), the receptionist told me that we are not allowed to bring those in. I told her that I verified with their staff that called me few days ago and he said it was OK. The receptionist then told me that it’s OK to bring it in, but it’s their policy not to allow meat trays. She was very apologetic that there had been a miscommunication and because it was their mistake, she let me keep the food, thankfully, because I was not going to throw away trays of untouched food.
Let me just say one important thing; their staff members are amazing! They are very professional. They assist you from 10 minutes before your party starts until 10 minutes after. They verified every process with me and if I’m OK with it. I like that they did not assume that I would like or dislike anything. They asked. They are on top of their work so that I was able to enjoy the party and not worry about anything! I really love my experience in this place. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

We came here for a birthday party on Saturday afternoon. They have two rooms of jump houses. they gave our party 40 minutes in the first room, 40 minutes in the second room, and 40 minutes in the party room. Each of the first two rooms contained bounce houses and toys.
The first room had an obstacle course bounce house, a small slide bounce house, and a long bounce house with basketball hoops at each end (including balls).
The second room also have three bounce houses, one was another obstacle course (a larger one), a taller slide (with two slides), and a large bounce house with a raised jousting circle in the middle.
The party room had two rows of picnic tables, benches for adults on the outside, and a an inflatable throne for the birthday girl.
The party went very well, the only complaint I have is that one of the staff members assigned to our party was in a very sullen mood and the party room was pretty warm. The other staff member was very friendly and helpful.

FUN! STRESS FREE! AFFORDABLE! We hosted our girls’ birthday party here on Saturday, September 24 and it was by far the easiest birthday party I’ve ever thrown for my kids. I booked the party over the phone with Carla and she was very friendly and helpful. The day of the party, they took great care of our group from start to finish. I especially appreciated Zack who helped me put together and set up extra decorations I brought for the party room. He helped put together my table centerpieces, put up balloons where I wanted them, set up the plates full of pizza for the kids, cut the cake, he even packed everything up for us at the end and loaded up our car. He went above and beyond! We all had a blast, especially the birthday girls and the kids. The price was VERY affordable. I HIGHLY recommend hosting a party here.
