my drinks never taste right at this location. it’s like they forget to add an ingredient every time.

Always get everyone’s orders right. Not easy with 8 teenagers ordering in the drive thru!

This Starbucks by far takes the longest.
I would and often go to a different sbux because the line is wrapped around the parking lot!
Shame on the corporation for not staffing and or providing enough equipment to this location. The staff are courteous; typical sbux friendly.
I’ve added additional time when I mobile order just to cushion the pain of my drink not being ready because their was an issue– forgotten or 1 out of 2 items wasn’t placed together. I’ve had this happen three times… yes I have given feedback to the Starbucks corporation.
If you can visit the marketplace sbux the difference is night and day! That is the best all around store.

Worst wait times in all of Bakersfield! It doesn’t matter the day or the time you’ll be here for an eternity. The customer service is good, what you expect at Starbucks, but you’ll be waiting a very long time before you get any service.

Drinks are never quite right and I’m finally fed up with it. This is the closest location to us so of course it’s been a matter of convenience, but we’re done… going to the Rosedale/​Calloway location.
In recent memory: baristas are not personable at all (save one or two), I had a flat white that tasted like all milk, my wife had a Carmel macchiato that tasted nonfat (not what she ordered), I had a coffee that was disgusting as if made with horrible tap water, my wife feels like she always has to ask for extra pumps of flavoring at this location but is not the case elsewhere.
It seems there’s no quality control/​accountability at this particular store. Thanks but no thanks; with Starbucks EVERYWHERE, we’ll drive an extra minute to a quality location.

Horrible service, drive thru don’t try it unless you expect to wait min. 30 minutes in line. And then you might have the right drink.

I’ve been here a lot over the years and the customer service is getting worse. Last night after getting home my families drinks were all wrong when I took them back in they proceed to remake them all the while laughing (I have to assume at me) they didn’t care at all. I won’t be going back here and I suggest you find a new location to get your Starbucks fix.

I honestly don’t know why I torture myself going to this Starbucks for the convenience of a drive thru and less than a minute drive from my house. They are always so slow and get my order wrong EVERY time. Yesterday there were only 2 cars ahead of me and I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. My order was wrong and I could hear the baristas saying that I was being difficult and it was indeed in fact what I ordered. I’m pretty sure I clearly said let me start over as I repeated my order to make sure it would be.
I’ve decided to drive the extra 5 minutes down the street to the Starbucks on Hageman and Coffee and walk in because at least they are more friendly and get my order right efficiently and in a reasonable amount of time.

Good crew. I like going to a place where they already know what I want. I’m still burnt out that they removed the trash can from outside the drive thru but oh well

They do not know how to make a cup of decafe coffee I would avoid this location has their are others near by with better customer service. The lost s 18+ sale

Today was one of those days where you’re tired from the night of driving trying to get home and all u can think of is Starbucks. Yes, coffee is what I needed today at 12:30 before heading to the school to help my friend Mimi my Unilocal buddy. I had to get her and I coffee. I got a Carmel Brulee which I normally get at Christmas time and for Mimi her Chestnut Praline Latte. Yummy yummy! And of course, my 4 year had to get passion tea. But enough rambling, the staff was awesome to the T. Got my order quick. Yes, I love coming to this one.
Hope you all got how much I love these coffee days.
On other days it’s been very slow, but good coffee. I believe the guy at the drive through is new. He couldn’t get my order right but he finally did.

This Starbucks’ drive thru is nearly always busy but it is for a good reason. The baristas here don’t poo poo your custom orders and when I feel indecisive they are eager to tell me about their latest creation. Jarred has been a long time favorite but all of the employees here are friendly and knowledgable.

Pleasant folks at Haggaman location. I have a good experience every time. Go Starbucks. Healthy coconut milk alternative too

If this were my DAILY typical morning visit to this exact starbucks I would be giving it 5 stars the am shift crew clearly knows how to meet the customers needs but today this stores receiving 1 star. Thanks to my visit 5 mins ago this is all this shift lead deserves! This was hands down my worst starbucks experience in my life & I’ve personally worked for the company for four years. I just got told that my trenta very berry wouldn’t be filled to the top because I ordered no ice light water, I was expecting a little room from the no ice but the fact that they literally just gave me a HALF FULL trenta cup was a sick joke, I just paid $ 4.45 for a grande serving and was told they can’t do anything about it… having worked for the company I know for a fact that’s bullshit, the customer is always supposed to leave satisfied from starbucks no matter what… this shift lead today failed to uphold the starbucks standard!!! Way to shame the brand just to be an asshole and giving me a half full trenta beverage!!!

Jeorgie is very sweet and helpful when going through the drive-​thru! One of the faster locations in Bakersfield.

I work close by and this place is always great, you can tell people are dedicated they will find any way to get around the parking situation. I really enjoy the staff they always make you feel welcome; one of my favorite Starbucks in town.

Always busy, but it moves fast. The drive thru is also great, especially in the morning on the way in to the office. The crew members are all very friendly and helpful making sure they keep up with the busy fast paced location.
I frequent 3 – 4 Starbucks in the area and they are all top notch. I’m pleasantly surprised at the consistency and professionalism at all of them.

This drive thru is alway packed! I’ve passed this one up because it’s just ridiculous how crowded it always is and how so small the parking lot is.
I’d get out if I could find a place to park that I didn’t have to walk a half mile to get to the front of the store. I wonder how much business this particular store loses for this reason because just by reading the other reviews about the drive thru.
I really came this time for just a cup of blonde roast and what do you know! Sorry we are out but we can do a pour over, it will take a few minutes. REALLY!!!
So just give me a black tea and call it a day. More and more all the reason Starbucks coffee doesn’t taste as good as it used to.
Unfortunately we own stock in them, I do know there are die hardship and they will thrive, but I’m just not the fan I used to be because of customer service and the consistent burnt shots!

Slowest Starbucks EVER! It doesn’t matter what time of day or whether I’ve come inside or gone through the drive through. Never gotten a coffee from here in under 20 minutes. NEVER.
On the plus side, staff is always friendly and apologetic and drinks are always correct.

This store has improved significantly in the last few months, the issues of correct orders and burnt shots seem to have been resolved and they still have the marshmallow dream bars.
One issue is they are packed from 6:30 — 9:00 every morning and the parking lot is horrendous. I always try to leave the house at 6:15 because of this.
