Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to, ever. Got a mexi melt with Latin rice. I guess when I pay the extra 30 cents to add the rice, they think it’s okay to not put as much meat. Then wrap it up and slap it together like it’s a damn burrito. Got an actual burrito, a good chunk was torn/missing. Cold and stale crunchy taco. Stale as f*ck fritos in my fritos burrito. And the lady who took the order was rude. They could have almost redeemed themselves if they had friendly workers but they didn’t even have that.

Our order was taken at the drive thru as if it were an inconvenience to the order taker. She didn’t make eye contact or say hello when taking our card, slammed the window. She didn’t hand us the receipt. She gave us the drink carrier, slammed the window. She gave us the bag, slammed the window. We ordered almost $ 30 worth of food so we weren’t sure if we needed to wait for another bag. She opened the window and we asked if that was it, she nodded. Didn’t say thank you or to have a nice day. We called after leaving the drive thru and I asked to talk to the store manager, the lady who answered said hold on but then said it was her who was the store manager. I explained the situation about how rude the drive thru woman was and how the customer service was horrible. Then, the woman was no longer on the phone and it was a man and his response was, «Get to the point» So with that, I asked his name in which he responded«Ali» I asked what his last name was and said I’d call corporate and he said, «Ali, I’m not going to tell you my last name» We weren’t asking for anything, just simply explaining that they need to seriously work on their customer service skills. Neverrrrrr experienced such horrible customer service, especially from a Taco Bell lol

Pretty clean for a taco bell. Stopped here to try the new chicken taco and it was actually great; I came again the next day to eat another one.

Honestly the best Taco Bell I have ever eaten at! I go to West High School and I always and almost everyday go there to eat and hang out with friends and I gotta say it’s the best I love the staff and I love the food! Always great prepared food never cold, too hot, burnt, or anything you can imagine! I recommend it!

I have to be honest. I’m not a really big fan of fast food restaurants, and Taco Bell has always ranked somewhere down near the bottom on a par with McDonalds(we’re talking lower than whale droppings at the bottom of the sea, here). Recently, though, I have been to Taco Bell on several occasions when it was chosen by friends and have discovered that they now offer some healthier options. Now, the burden of how healthy you are planning to eat rests on your shoulders rather than theirs. There are still plenty of unhealthy options, but if you’re sending a designated driver through the drive through to order a grip of tacos to feed your hungry hungry friends late into the evening of your margarita party(not SAYING this was the case with me — though NOTSAYINGITWASN“T) there are healthier options people can choose from than your standard hard tacos. In particular, should you find yourself here, you can order from the new Cantina Bell menu formulated for Taco Bell by chef Lorena Garcia. At THIS Taco Bell, I tried the Cantina Bowl which consists of rice, black beans, citrus herb marinated chicken, roasted corn and pepper salsa, lettuce, pico de gallo, and guacamole. It usually comes with a creamy cilantro dressing but I asked them to hold that and extra pico de gallo to keep it even healthier. I found it surprisingly good. I don’t feel it’s anywhere near being on a par with Chipotle, known for the quality and freshness of their organic ingredients, but should you find yourself HERE, it’s one of your best options. You can also order almost anything else off their regular menu ‘Fresco Style’ which means they remove the sour cream and cheese and replace it with pico de gallo making it somewhat more acceptable healthwise. Also in their favor, they have a very good selection of diet soda options in their fountain(free refills on the same visit) such as Diet Mountain Dew and Diet Mountain Dew Blast(the electric blue one) in addition to the standard Diet Pepsi. It’s still fast food, but if you’ve GOT to make a ‘run for the border’ at least it doesn’t HAVE to be artery clogging unless you so choose.
It’s Taco Bell so you know the quality of food as you pull through the drive thru. After visiting this Taco Bell twice I’ve been greeted by the same employee who has made me smile each time. Super polite and has a huge smile on his face. My son kept asking me why do you guys keep saying thank you and you’re welcome each time you hand each other something. Those are manners and someone who values what he’s doing. Normally I wouldn’t give a fast food joint 4 stars because let’s face it the food isn’t epic, but when you are met with great service the food seems to taste better. They got the order right each time and the price is always great. Will definitely return to this one when we need out fast food fix.
