Decent food and prices. I get the carnitas bowl with everything thats free(so no guac). Everyone has been polite. There is a line sometimes but usually 10 mins and your out with your food. The food isnt really flavorful, just kind of plain boring mexican food. A step up from taco bell though!!!

Chipotle has bad customer service they just want to pass you down the line. You don’t even get to ask for a little more they have a bunch of stupid rude kids work at the one on Stockdale hwy they suck at customer service

So with all the issue Chipotle has has I decided today to try it again since the news broke. The staff was very friendly the stations where clean and the food was excellent quality. I ordered the chicken salad with all the salsas and sour cream corn, cheese and avacado. It was delicious. I think Chipotle has done everything they could to prevent anymore out breaks and keep their customers safe. I will go again and support them by eating there again.

Thanks for my salad with a few pieces of meat. If I wanted a veggie bowl I wouldn’t have said steak. You also made me stand and wait for the cook to make new steak then gave me the wet soggy meat left from the previous batch. WTF? This location is shit.

My Review – the Sequel. After shunning this place for over a year(see my prior review from 4÷3÷14), I was encouraged to give this Chipotle a try by a co-worker because of their app where I can order on my iphone, pick up, and leave. I have used the app 4 times. The first time I screwed up and didn’t hit the send buttom. The second time, no problems. But the last two times, including today, my order has not been ready. There’s more you say. Yes. First, the check out person claimed they had no record of my order. I gave them my first name both ways(Michael or Mike). I gave them my last name. Still, no record. I asked the check out person to review their orders again. He looked hard at his screen for the online orders like he was answering a SAT question, and after several glances(I looked – there were about 7 orders), he found my name. He then checked the take out orders to see if my order was ready. Nothing. He then made sure there was ticket for my order at the front of their line. Nothing. Bottom line was my order was not only not in the queue(is that proper grammar) but nobody had a record of it. The check out person apologized a few times but offered me nothing. I responded how could I prevent this from happening again. For example, if the next available time is 1:15pm, should I delay my order to the next available time. All he could say was«I’m sorry.» I then responded«I know you’re sorry» but you need to make this right by giving me a credit or something in exchange for my lost time. «I’m sorry» was all he could say. Finally, when my order was ready, he bagged my order and put in free chips and a drink. Finally, a semblance of customer service. For that, I gave my experience 2 stars. I would like to say I am done with this place but sometimes I do get steak bowl cravings and the other locations are too far. I haven’t found a roach in my food and I don’t need to use the bathrooms so you may still find me here from time to time.

We came at the 5:30 Friday night rush hour. The line was very long but moved quickly. I just wish the bathroom was a bit cleaner.

Brought my volleyball team in for a post practice dinner. With no notice the store was able to handle all 25 of us with no problems.

There are huge lines for Chipotle, and I don’t get it. For $ 10 now, you get massive quantities of rice and beans on a burrito. Where’s the beef? I know it’s popular because you can customize your burrito, et cetera. But it’s a rip-off. For what you pay, you get so little. I’m not impressed with Chipotle.

The employees here are always unwelcoming and act disinterested. You wait 20 minutes just to order and then they make pick up orders in between customers ordering— today they mixed up my order with one and then argued about what I ordered. Even the manager is rude. And the dining area is always a mess. SKIPTHISPLACE.

As with all franchise/chains, this rating is indexed against other Chipotles. This one stood out… sadly for the wrong reasons. Bitch # 1: the line(although modest) moved at the speed of molasses in January. When I got to the front, I realized that members of the assembly line seemed to disappear to the back frequently… seems like nobody is running the show. Bitch # 2: Me: what’s in the hot salsa? Chipotle worker: its prepackaged. Me: but what are the ingredients! CW: I dunno *blank stare* Me: does somebody here know? CW: it’s hot. Eventually she got me the answer, but it was awkward having to ask several times. Bitch #3: bathroom was dirty. I won’t get into that. Overall, my experience didn’t live up to what I expect from Chipotle. I’ll still be back(if in the area), because it’s still a Chipotle, and therefore still totally worth having to deal with all of the resulting blood stained underwear(Kidding about the underwear). EDIT I read a few other people’s reviews, and more importantly saw other photos… I won’t ever come back to this location. It seems like my visit was fairly typical. What I find unforgivable is the cleanliness, or lack thereof. A cockroach in your burrito? Disgusting!!! I’ll leave my review at 2 stars, because that’s what my experience earned, but this location is on my black list.

This is the original Chipotle location in Bakersfield. They are the branch located close to In-N-Out on Stockdale Highway. I had not been to this branch in several years. Was going to the other branches closer to home, but this location is still my favorite. Dropped by here last week for dinner. There was no line of people! First time I’ve ever been here without having to wait. I chose a Burrito for $ 6.75, and my wife chose the Chicken Bowl for $ 6.25. She thought her chicken bowl tasted okay so 3 stars from her. She got an assortment of toppings which she was happy with. The guacamole she added to it costed $ 1.90 extra. Her complaint was the chicken. The meat was too dry. My burrito was delicious. My favorite meat here is the Barbacoa. I’ve yet to be disappointed. The shredded meat is so tender and moist. In addition to the barbacoa, I had the burrito filled with brown rice, peppers, black beans, sour cream, medium salsa, cheese, and lettuce!!! An awesome combination! That burrito was heavy, so messy to eat, and yummy! I gobbled it all up. The dining area is a bit larger than the other two branches in town. There is even some outdoor seating available. This last visit found the dining area very clean and the service very good. I would have given them 5 stars if not for some dried out chicken.

2014 Unilocal365CHALLENGE — 71⁄365 We stopped by for a pit stop lunch and the place was filthy. Dirty tables and floors, and really bad customer service. No body smiled, no body was cordial. No one said thank you. Definitely experienced better at my local Chipotle’s.
