I ordered a gas dryer from them and paid for the delivery and installation and they said it had to be 18 in off the ground they could have specified that when i purchased the installation on line this is the absolute last time i buy an appliance from them because i had to get two dreyers the first they sent the wrong one they sent an electric and now they pull this

I’ve been to Home Depot several times in the past month or so working on a big project and I have to say, Adam that works there is awesome! He’s helped me find several things in all departments of the store and followed up to make sure the products he recommended worked out for me. Thanks for great customer service!

There was a time during our home renovation when this Home Depot almost became our second home. Employees knew us by name, asked us how various projects were going, we were here THAT much.
This particular location is one of the smaller ones in the area, but they do cover the basics and then some. We have only needed to go to another store (NW) to get a mini-​fridge that they had on order. We also went to the one on Gosford because we were in the area and looking for lighting fixtures, but ended up just getting it from this one.
I do have to say, be wary when going through Home Depot to get stuff done. We have had some really good experiences, and some not so good experiences. It really just depends on who Home Depot subcontracts it out to. Good thing is that if someone screws up, Home Depot will send someone else out there to fix it at no additional charge. The employees in the store will do everything they can to help you come up with the decisions on all the details so that there aren’t any surprises during install though.

If i could give it 0 stars, i would. I was approved for a Home Depot card online and was told i can go into the store snd get a temporary shopping pass. I stood in line for 10mins while customer service were helping others in line. One of the associates processing a customer’s return was really rude to her and the tone she had with the guest was just bothersome. The customer wanted to an exchange and was told it has to be returned and her card will be charged for the new purchase. While this was not my personal problem, i would believe that maybe thr associate could have shown more compassion to her. When i finally got to the counter, the associate did not know what i was talking about when i mentioned a shopping pass for my new HD card. The system ended up being down, so when the girl asked another associate for help with this matter, that lady was even ruder and said, «well if the system is down there is nothing we can do.» The associate told me straight out that i would have to come back a different day. Wow! I am very furious with this store. I went in to buy a washer and dryer and this is how their customers (not just myself) are treated. I ended up going to the Gosford location and got way better service and the associate there told me that they could have done the sale without a shopping by and just by looking up my account. I will not be going to the Ming store ever again.

Was at the Home Depot on Ming Ave in Bakersfield, Ca this evening with my mom. She had a whole lumber cart full of wood and I also had a cart with 2 lamps valued at $ 64.98 a piece as well as 2 $ 40 mini blinds and flash lights. We got in the only line in open lumber and as I was in line I looked at the lamps on
and found that they were not only cheaper but said pick up in store today. I told the cashier that and asked her to match the price of which she replied we don’t do that. I said well they are on sale at a lower rate and I can literally go online order and get same ones at that very second in store. She asked a girl that was standing across from her at another register not doing anything if they could and she said no we can’t change prices. I tell the cashier never mind I’ll get them somewhere else and I proceed to purchase my mini blinds. All while my mom waits in line behind me. After I’m done the cashier insists on helping a man that had a lengthy purchase that had gone outside and then returned to front of line for his purchase… All the while this other girl is still standing across from this cashier all but holding up a counter and not helping anyone as my mother with a ton of wood still waits. I look over and rather than tell my mom she can help her this girl gladly helps some firefighters that walked up as well as another man while we stood there and waited. This was a joke and terrible business practice. The only thing good about this visit was the gentleman named Richard in lumber that helped my mom, as well as a lady that came to ask us if we needed help when in lumber. I was getting ready to spend $ 200 and my mom another hundred and one these ladies would not price match the companies very own price, and two my mom was made to wait because this girl decided she would help and talk to the firefighters. Something needs to be done about this ASAP. I was appalled at what took place. I have pictures of these things and would be happy to show them to you l.

It would get 5 stars but I worked at The Home Depot and the employees never greet me as I walk the store. It gets 4 stars because the store is clean and its easy to find the items I need

For being new and heard a lot of bad things it was very organized and well kept the garden area is very nice and I wish i could have flowers.
Found everything I was looking for without help, but nobody asked if we needed help, so finding stuff wasn’t that hard

Last week my wife and I went to get new appliances for the sale HD was having and then we met Sofia. Wow!!! She help us more than any other person in the store! We received all the discounts we could get even after the major sale they were having. If you want superior customer service go see Sofia in the Appliance Department!

The many handfull of times I’ve been here, there’s almost always non-​working individuals (hispanics) just chillin in the parking lot, looking for work. Despite this, the store is very well kept and clean. Most of the employees are helpfull and knowledgable of the store/​products. I shop here regularly.
Note: One time I was there by myself. I purchased a few big pieces of dry-​wall. As I was struggling to load the pieces on my truck, two individuals that were «just chillin» outside the parking lot, kindly helped me load. I tried to tip them a couple of bucks but they refused. Thanks!!!

cleanest home depot ive seen by far. great associates and managers are helpful also.
