I love these gym they help me loose 20 pounds.
The instructor will motivated you to the fullest.
Would recommend it to someone that is serious About there gym time.

Only my 2nd day here and I absolutely LOVE it. I’ve tried another gym here in bakersfield similar to the training ground and I did not like the vibe. Everyone here is very welcoming.
