Upon entering this establishment the front door person will look straight to your shoes… Every time. I work in the shopping center and have been here at least 50 times before choosing to review. If you are looking to be greeted for sure while walking in the door this store is for you. They have a HUGE assortment, that is factual. Here comes my reason for a one star rating. With a staff of like 10 at all times I expect the first associate to ask me if I need help, but every single corner I turn and I get asked again. It gets frustrating and they eyeball every customer like they are all thieves. Here’s the kicker if you finally point out that you’ve been asked too many times and don’t need help you will suddenly see associates huddled laughing one by one more come to ask you if you need help. It’s excessive and more reason to choose any other shoe store. The rewards card… great…However if you don’t have your card you lose out, no phone number look up just a «sorry». This stores staff needs maturity first of all, and some in depth customer service training. Will I ever return? Not one bit likely.

WSS has a large variety of shows and apparel. From Men and Women to Children. The staff is very helpful. If you can’t find your show needs here then they probably don’t make what you think you want. Come by and get your Shoe on.
