Reception lacks people skills, doctors and FNP John Mcgrath make me feel more like a number then a patient, the other FNP are nice but still I feel like a number. Maybe time to find a new provider

I’ve been coming here for years. All the receptionists and office staff pretty much know me by sight, so I never have to sign in. Oh, the joys of having asthma and allergies and living in the Central Valley.
I have seen Dr. Young and several of his associates, but I usually see Ann Franco ANPC for most of my basic care needs. She is always friendly and personable yet professional. She works diligently to help me manage my symptoms and seems to be up on all the latest methods of treatment. Nobody really looks forward to visiting the doctor — after all, it means you’re not feeling your best — but I know that here I am in good hands.
