Kiranjeet Loewen, DO

Dr. Loewen is amazing. She really listens, understands and really tries to figure out what is going on rather than rush you through and just shove you out the door with a prescription. I am not one that likes to go to the Dr. Its always uncomfortable and I will pretend everything is fine but she has made the process much more comfortable. Fabian and the rest of the staff are great as well!

I LOVE that there is finally a female DO in Bakersfield (that’s actually taking patients)!!! Dr. Loewen is phenomenal and very keen to figuring out what is going on with your health. She’s much more thorough than other MDs I’ve had. She’s very personable as well, making those dreaded doctor appointments much easier.
The office staff itself can be pretty hit-​or-​miss; it’s a typical doctor’s office. I do like that if you need blood work you can either do it in the office or walk a couple of buildings down to Quest Diagnostics.
They can bill your co-​pay to you, but if your bill goes over what’s included in your insurance plan, have some Advil handy because it’s seriously a headache trying to get a hold of these people just so you can get on a payment plan. They also have a website that you can log in to to pay your bill, but it doesn’t always work.
