Had a broken toe, Dr Zimmerman reset and made me feel very comfortable and at ease during entire process. He has a great sense of humor and joked with me during procedure which is not to say he was serious when performing the procedure. Love this doctor. I would recommend him. His staff is also very attentive and responds to request for appointments timely

I saw Dr. Zimmerman as a teenager, for an ankle problem that had been plaguing me all my life. He was able to identify the problem right away, which nobody else had been able to do. I had a congenital bone defect which caused too much mobility in my ankles, resulting in a whole lot of pain and difficulty with walking. He treated this first with orthotics and then when I got older, with a surgical procedure which consisted of putting titanium pins in my ankles to stabilize them. This surgery was very smooth and successful– very little scarring, and I got about 15 years of no problems at all, which was better than even he had anticipated. At the time he was working in a clinic in Tehachapi, and if I still lived nearby I would go back, no question. Extremely skilled and knowledgable, and I would definitely recommend him.
