Just find someone else– it’s unfortunate, but it is what it is. From rude customer service to missed events because cars aren’t finished in WAY too much time given. They order wrong parts or none at all(without any reference to your requests)… And you must succumb to their sllllloooww timeline(even though race events are pretty well defined/are annual and rarely change dates). And to top it off they then yell at you for all of it.

I was surprised to read the previous review because I have had nothing but good experiences with Falcone’s. The woman who runs the office(which includes notary and title/tag services) was a huge help to me when I was at wit’s end trying to bring an out-of-state classic car into PA(the tag and title places were giving me a big runaround). She made it very simple. Once I got the car in state I had them fix a few things. The service has been excellent on all counts.

I called to setup an enhanced inspection and spoke to a woman, who was hands down, the meanest sales person I have ever encountered… and that’s saying something. I was confused throughout the entire phone conversation because I was being so polite and nice, but she was yelling at me for not fully understanding what she was talking about. I quickly got off the phone. I was wanting to give this place money… that’s a joke. I would never, in a million years, support such rudeness.
