This place is bad. The service was disruptive. The food mediocre for a KFC. The place was understaffed and under-serviced.

Horrible Service. I normally place a $ 500.00 order for my company to feed 70 people on a weekly basis. The management has changed several times in the past year. Since then, I can not order anymore food for my staff. Here is why. On Tuesday, September 1st, I called Shannon, the manager, asked him for 130 pieces of chicken with some sides. He stated to me that he would be able to accommodate me for Saturday, September 5th, 2015. He asked that I call him in the morning since I wanted to send someone to pick up the food at 11:30 am. When I did at 10;30 am this morning, he had not even started the process as of yet since, so he states, «a lot of things on his mind.» I am not sure why the GM of a store would not be ready 1 hour prior to my pick up, but, at that point, I was not going to give more of an opportunity to let me down. I immediately hung up the phone and called Ardmore Pizza. Those guys are great and I will never shop at this KFC again.

This KFC gets 5-stars on its service alone. If anyone is monitoring this from KFCHQ, please give a shout out to your store manager and workers. We live close by so it is a must-stop for any chicken cravings. We have never had a bad experience, food is constantly on point and the servers are very polite. Definitely recommended, one of the best fast food experiences on City Avenue.

I feel like KFC has been getting worse and worse. The food is very soggy and not crispy. After that day my favorite place for fried chicken has to be Popeyes! I used to love KFC don’t know what happened the place was empty and dusty. I wonder why the KFC is a house i wonder if we go up to the third floor?

Orders a $ 5 meal for my mom and we’re getting ready to pull off and the food wasn’t in the box. I’m glad I ask her to look inside she had to get out the car to go inside and they gave her a couple of cookies free and free coleslaw because that’s what they have forgot in her box.

I wanted to treat myself to lunch today and stopped by KFC. It’s a dining experience you’ll want to remember. This was the first time I dined in and ordered a one piece breast meal. I sat near the window and enjoyed the tv, which was airing golfing. David, GM circled the dining room and greeted guests. You’re treated as a GUEST and not a CUSTOMER. I had a wonderful experience. The convo started from a question from David to the history on the building and the previous owner… to the present KFC, this KFC has been in business for over 2 years. The décor inside is mainly white with two separate dining rooms. You’ll have plenty of window seating to choose from. I definitely felt like I was in a regular restaurant instead of a take out. All in all… I scored a one piece boneless chicken. Very crunchy cause it’s double battered and juicy. Thank you David! I will visit again.

This is a rather unusual KFC because the restaurant is a converted two-storey house. It still looks like one of the original buildings in the Main Line area. The dining area inside uses two ground-level rooms in the house. The order area is fairly standard and the food is standard KFC. On this visit, I tried KFC’s latest food experiment, the Double Down. I can’t say I haven’t been warned. The two original recipe chicken fillets were very greasy and made a bit of a mess without a bun to hold it all in. However, it tasted exactly the way I imagined it would taste.
