Take out order was missing a sandwich and fries. Called the restaurant, and even though the rest of my food was apparently still sitting there in another bag on the counter, they were unable to refund my credit card.

They are slow, rude and I always have a bad experience when I come here. Tonight I got yelled at because I asked for something they no longer have on the menu. Literally yelled at, as if I was supposed to know already and sounding out her words WE. DON’T. HAVE. THAT as if I was a child. Every other experience I’ve ever had here was a bad one. One other time I came through the drive thru I ordered some items and a medium coke. The girl rang it up as a diet coke. I told her I’m sorry that is supposed to be a coke, apologizing although I know she made a mistake. She had the nerve to say to me «no you said diet coke»… I know for a fact I didn’t, and why would I say diet coke if I wanted a coke? Even if I did that was not the way she should have handled it. Just change it, don’t argue with me. I’ve done all of their jobs before when I worked at Wendy’s for 3 years as a teenager, and would never have treated someone that way. Although I do understand the frustration of customers taking too long, making you void items, etc. I can’t imagine treating another human being the way they do every time I come there.

This is probably the slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to. Every time I come here I feel like there are only two people working in the whole restaurant. I have to schedule a long lunch break if I want to eat something. The employees also have no idea what they are doing because they always have to ask each other what they have to do once they get a payment! I could be the only one in the line, and ask for something simple like fries and I could wait about 15 minutes. Once my food comes it always gets messed up. Either they forget to put something in the bag or they make the meal wrong. One time I ordered a Sprite and they served it to me, but the Sprite was brown. The employees put up a fight with me when I asked if I could get a soda that is the color that it is supposed to be. The food is regular Wendy’s food, nothing spectacular. I only come to this Wendy’s if I am very desperate.

I’ve been here numerous times but only out of sheer convenience. the line inside moves pretty slowly and the place including the bathrooms are almost always disgusting. the drive thru is usually pretty quick but they close at very odd times and frequently because they have issues with their air conditioner a lot. the food is sometimes good but sometimes it is either hard or tastes old

Gross Fries are extra greasy and dry. Burger slapped together and everything generally overcooked. Service fine — but clearly poorly managed. This is a busy location — get some better quality control.

This Wendy’s is very clean the staff is very pleasant and when you get a combo you can trade your soda for a frosty at no extra charge.

It’s a Wendy’s. I ordered the food, drove up and they provided it. I have been a million times and it would never occur to me to go inside. That said, fast food in Philly is not going to be a warm and friendly experience and this is no different.

I’m 30years old… by the time I got to the cashier to order I was 50 years old. This place is slow and it’s even longer to get your order after you place it. My goodness people move quicker! People don’t have 30 mins to stand in line to order«fast» food.

The service was very slow. The cashier kept walking away from the register, and she was the only one. One of the managers was just hanging around not helping while the staff was struggling to keep up. Was also not a fan of the new wraps they have. The spicy one was not spicy at all. Now I remember why fast food often gets this reputation.

This review is long overdue. With the exception of ONE cashier here, who as far as I know has worked here for YEARS, the staff here is RUDE!!! OK, first let me acknowledge this nice woman who usually works at the FIRSTWINDOW at Wendy’s. She’s so friendly and upbeat, always has conversation for you, and somehow she always has my change ready for me BEFORE I even pay her!!! How she anticipates what I’m going to pay her with, I’ll never know, but she always has my EXACT change in her hand before I give my money to her. That woman is AMAZING! Now on to the rest of the staff here. One of the managers is a downright a-hole for no reason. The last time we were there, she was really pissed off because I was ordering in the drive-thru from the PASSENGERSEAT. She goes into this long spiel about how the drive thru mic/speaker is only meant to to pick up the voice of the driver and blah, blah, blah… Basically, she was telling me to SHUTUP and let my bf do the talking. OK genius, and how would he know what I want unless I tell him? Dummy! Her tone was really rude too. I was just on the verge of putting her in her place, when my bf reminded me this woman was probably mad because she had to work at a dead-end job all day, while WE, on the other hand, were on our way to the beach!!! LOL… sucks to be her, I’m sure! The manager is not the only one with issues here. We’ve had a few noteworthy experiences, but I’ll spare you the details. Pretty much the woman I mentioned earlier is the only one with social skills. She’s the reason I gave this Wendy’s a 2 instead of a 1.
