A & H Air Conditioning & Heating

A&H is one of those companies you’re really glad you continue to do business with. We carry a residential flat rate contract with them which means they show up every few months and perform heating and air conditioning maintenance. Before we did that our bills were sky high. A couple of visits by these folks and the service has more than paid for itself. And talk about thorough. The guy came by a few days ago and essentially disassembled our outdoor AC unit and overhauled it, taking about an hour to do the work and all for the cost of the contract. Runs much, much smoother now and when you live in a 100 yr. old home like we do, keeping the temperature can be a challenge. Honestly, if I was paying by the visit for this service I’d have no idea what they’d be doing – sort of like when you take your car in and they find something you’ve never heard of that needs fixing.
Too bad more folks don’t keep tabs on and do reviews on service providers. You and I both know most of them aren’t worthy of 5-​star service, but A&H gets one from our family with no reservation.
