The tacos I ordered tasted ok but the server was stingy with everything. The peppers, onions, lettuce and the meat I requested was so scarce you could count the pieces of peppers, onions and carne! After all this restaurant chain has endured one would think a normal but generous amount would be served like most other locations. This one is right across the street from me, this is the second time this has occurred I won’t be back. Underserved in Baldwin Hills!!!

This has probably been my worst visit to a chipotle ever. They gave me bottom of the barrel scraps of fajitas and barbacoa. My meat was tasteless and even though the place was relatively empty getting my bowl took far longer than needed. As I sat there and ate the employees were more concerned about cleaning then serving, even though the place was not closing for another hour. If you are in the area and hunger pick any place but here.

Service: mediocre, just be a little more friendly Food: The brown rice was under cooked. They provided very me with a meager serving of chicken. When I requested just a little more, the under paid employee who has no stake in the company, informed me that they were not allowed to provide extra only charge me $ 2.00 for more. The worse chipotle I ever had.

Close to my house and job, but I wish there another one close. Horrible service. staff not friendly. Not patient, understand the need to move the line, but try to be personable. Manager is not friendly either. Food portions uneven. It depends who is serving. The servers told me that they have trained to give smaller portions unless asked for more by the customer. Not trying to please the customer. Been here many times, I am starting to wonder why I keep going back.

This place is dirty and the employees are horrible. Dora is beyond rude and unprofessional. She should not be working with people. I asked her not to put certain things on my food. She ignored me and did what she wanted in a aggressive manner(she spoke english and understood me) I told her«I didn’t want corn or guac, but its ok I’ll take it» FORGETIT she flipped out, yelled at me, slammed my food in to the trash, mumbled curse words, told the cashier to charge me for the guacamole I didn’t even want and was thrown away, and sure she remade my order but it was a mess. I threw it to the trash. The manager was useless. At no time was I rude or disrespectful. I respect everyone(until they disrespect me). that lady was in a bitchy mood. It was a Saturday, and who knows maybe it was her daughters quinceañera And the manager didn’t give her the day off but thats not my fucking fault! I was really upset so I contacted corporate. «Gabe» reached out to me «apologizing» and offered to send me a gift card which I never got and its totally fine because I don’t want a gift card for e-coli. But he made himself and the company look like a joke.

I go here alot because I live down the street. I never had a problem with management here. Every time I go I get a ok staff. They not friendly but they get me down the line in a timely fashion. The big problem I have here is they give you almost half of what other Chipotle. Barely any chicken and guacamole

Updated review: frozen corn. Yes they were happily serving frozen corn this afternoon. When I told their staff, she said I will check as if I was lying. And then when they did find the frozen corn, not even an apology. Their manager has a huge attitude problem. He is the reason this location has such bad reviews. ******** I’ve been here at least 5 or 6 times. Primarily because it’s convenient for me. The staff is okay. My issue is with how stingy they are with the servings of food. Unlike other Chipotle locations, here they may not fill the spatula with 100% of an item but only fill it 75%. Upon asking to complete the serving they ask if I want an «extra» serving so they can charge me $ 2 or more for that. I don’t know about others but that attitude irks me and makes me feel unwelcome.

I think I need to call the health department on this establishment… The guy who made my burrito used his hand and raked crumbs of lost chicken, salsa, and cheese that was stuck to the countertop onto the floor. He then used his same dirty hand that he used as a dish cloth to grab a handful of lettuce to put on my burrito. I have visited this location 3 times and I think I am officially done. After eating here I feel sick and I want to vomit. Chipotle is too overrated and this location is just gross!

I come here at least every other Friday to buy my family dinner. Never once had an issue until today. I noticed most of the staff was fairly new so I thought«I’d rather call to place my complaint» apparently they don’t care so I let«Dora» know I’ll just post a negative review since she is the«manager» and doesn’t want to apologize for my order. I got home with my order and as I was passing out everyone’s order my son said there is no cheese in his small quesadilla. I thought he was joking but I opened it and noticed he wasn’t joking… I called to speak with a manager, a girl named Abby answered and placed me on hold for 2 ½ minutes, she picked up again and said«what do you want?» I said I was holding for a manager. She asked me «ok for what?» I asked if she was a manager, she said«uh ah uh uhmm» I said«uhmm obviously not can I please speak with a manager?» This lady hops on the phone I asked her what her name is she said«Dora» I asked if she is a manager, she said«well what do you need?» By this point I’m irritated and said that she should have her team be more mindful when doing orders because they forgot to put cheese in one of the quesadillas that I ordered. She said«oh ok» I said so that’s it? Ok!!! She said«yea I already told them.» Like I just told you how did you magically tell them while I was talking??? This place is a damn joke who runs this place? Seriously I highly doubt«Dora» is a manager and instead of an apology she just said«ok just bring the receipt and get whatever you want!» I guess I’ll just inconveniently go to the one by USC from now…

My experience here started by being greeted by every staff member. The presentation of food was neat and compact. Everything moved quickly and the food was great! Also it is right near the movies so perfect place to grab a bite before the movies.

Horrible experience ever! I was so disappointed today after a few bites of my salad bowl to find a fly smashed into my chicken. Luckily I was eating outside the restaurant, so I was able to quickly run back in and confront the manager. As I showed the manager the fly, he says, «you want your money back or another bowl». I looked at him with disdain. No sir I want my money back plus a complementary bowl on the house with a gift card! Obviously none of those things happened and they just fixed me another bowl. Next time i will have to be more assertive. My fault indeed!

Worst service ever! The person preparing my order was talking to others while making the food he stopped to laugh and talk. The person he passed me off too left, so the food set and I waited a good 8 minutes until anyone thought to continue my order. I then had to wait until the cashier returned, another 8 to 10 min wait. Why does service in the neighborhood always like this!!!

This is go to place when I’m too lazy to make dinner and it’s so convenient. The staff is always helpful and the food comes out quickly. It’s also important to note that this is one of the first chipotles in our neighborhood and the line is really long around 8PM to 9pm because it’s so popular. It is worth the wait.

Who manages this place. The worst chipotle’s of all the nearby franchises. I’ve never seen consistent laziness manifested in lack of desire to sell food to customers. Do not come after 9:30. They refuse to make new rice or chicken and are real crass with your disappointment with their disappointing service. With the amount of business this chipotle gets it can really profit if it would get its act together otherwise nearby chipotle’s will profit on this consistent half ass service.

I have tolerated this place because it was close. However, after my experience in Friday, I will never return. First of all, they make the burritos half the size of any other Chipotle. They also always skimp on the meat. The chips are usually stale and the service is horrendous. On Friday, I ordered a side og guacamole. When I got home and looked at it, it was fresh guacamole mixed with obviously day old, black guacamole. Good luck.

ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE . You’d think the emp. B cuz of the location would be of color, but they’re not. Actually, the 1 who went and got the manager for me was of color and was the only 1 willing to assist. The manager, Ryan Nicholson said he would handle the problem; however, that employee who I pointed out to him working the line should have been removed when I brought it to his attention. She prearing the food all sloppy. I said LIGHT on the sauce & that midget employee just dumped it on & I dumped it, because I left it right there! The chipotle on Redondo Beach is way better and the servers are better trained, respectful and soooo professional. I will not return to this Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw location again. No matter how good they THINK the food is, Rude service is very distasteful!

This Chipotle is a hit and miss! Meaning one day you get a rude and light on the meat kind of person. Other days you get the happy person that loads you up on the protein. Located in a small shopping center, it’s always crowded. Parking is a mess, please pay attention when backing that thang up. You might have to fight for the parking spot you been waiting on for 5 minutes. Please tell my you placed your order online, if not then be prepared to stand in line for an average of 5 minutes on a good day. On most other days 15 – 20 minutes. Please don’t come on you lunch break. You will be 30 minutes late upon your return. The food is consistent, only some times they need to cook them beans a little longer. Food is always fresh. I always get a bowl for myself, a steak burrito for my son and 2 cheese quesadilla kids meals. Oh and some of them lightly salted tortilla chip with hints of lime flavor. The chips are so good and fresh. The kids meal are a great buy. Matter of fact they are very reasonably priced. I love the food here and I just wish I didn’t have to ask for more meat. Sometimes I even pay extra. Only when I have a buy one get one free coupon. I give them 3.5 stars because overall I love the food and just wish they weren’t conservative on the portions sometimes
