WORST service. I can’t believe how packed this place was. our service was beyond rude and unprofessional. can’t believe management finds this acceptable. never coming back. if I could rate negative stars, I would.

The service is slow. The happy hour has great deals, I’m sure they’d get much more business if their waiters were more attentive and quicker.

Good location, servers are quite pleasant, but I have found most(not all, there was two that were nice) are not customer friendly at all. But the servers, leads and others in the facility are actually very nice and pay good attention to you. I come to this location often and if the hostesses became nicer they would get 5 stars.

I’m not sure how some people manage to get hired here or anywhere on the planet. Shout-out to the server by the name of YAYA who took away my friends beer even though he had about 4 oz left. Beer=Money

Dropped in to catch game 2 of the NBA finals with the fam. It was moderately busy, not jam packed. Everything we ordered took forever to come, even napkins and water. We were served by 5 or 6 different waitresses which added to the confusion. When the food arrived, it was all good. I wouldn’t come back here expecting to be served in a timely manner.

I enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings as much as the next guy but what I don’t appreciate is the service at this Crenshaw location. My family and I went the other night Wednesday to enjoy some wings we where made to wait over an hour for seating and as we were walking out the hostess tell us just give us 10 more minutes and we will seat you, yeah right. I get that happy hour draws a huge crowd but the fact that patio seating is unavailable during peak periods is beyond me, great food but service is not up to par

Hello Unilocal.Like usual for my Thursdays I decided to go to buffalo wild wings and boy did I make the right choice of coming here . I can’t express how much of a good time I had from the turned up music that was playing like a party in there to the waitres that was serving us. They brought our good on time which was impressing given the amount of people there and drinks… I didnt even have to look up and I was served another drink. Brenae was so wonderful and attendant to both me and my wife and she had such a good working attitude she even shook our hands and told us to come back. Terry the AGM was also amazing… youbdont often see managers interacting with their customers but this guy oohhhhh man he did . Overall this is now my new favorite buffalo wild wings and have won me over. I like different and this business is privately owned unlike other ones I’ve visited that are corporate and boating and get bad service… this one you can tell everyone’s happy working here. corporate should consider taking some tips. Thank you Brenae and Terry you guys rock.

Personally not my favorite location, but it’s the one one closest to my house. So far the times I’ve been here I’ve been treated very well. Today it was outstanding. Our waitress was this nice young lady named Amy. Such a sweetheart. She simplified my order to save me money so I really appreciated that.

Terrible service took 20 min for a server to even take our order. Food was like it always is alright. Workers are slow, lazy looking, not professional, this place needs corporate attention. It is terrible the workers are terrible.

Food is decent – ordered the Mediterranean salad and it tasted alright. Service is pushy and you can tell that waiters and waitresses have a list of things they need to push on customers, but it makes it difficult to enjoy your food when items are constantly being suggested that you should order. Good place to come if you want a quick bite before the movie across the street. Private parking lot available and it is free.

I normally don’t go to this BWW, but I found myself in the area with my brother and sister so we came here for a late lunch. Walking in it was empty, so we decided to seat ourselves at the bar. The waitress came over and took our drink order. She brought them quickly and took our food order. Our server was nice, but she missed certain points in customer service. I know that when you order wings at BWW, they ask about carrots and celery. She didn’t, so I assumed they would come with a split order at default. When our food came, I asked for the celery and carrots because she hadn’t come with it. That was fine with me, but my brother hadn’t seen the exchange and wanted some too. My sister and I told him it was upon request and it got them. I get you don’t want to waste celery and carrots. But at least offer it. As for the food, it was good! I had the medium traditional wings, which were good. I also had some of the mango habenero wings… super spicy! I was literally crying from the heat… lol…but they were good once I paired them with the celery and ranch… see! They were key in my experience. Anyways, I would come back to this location. The service was nice and the food was good!

When my friends and I walked in we were greeted very kindly by the host. We didn’t mind the 20 minute wait because they had cool tablets that we were able to play games on. The real situation was when we sat down. We had a server who was kind at first, but after he took our orders we never saw him again. Our food was brought by a different person and I kept having to ask for a refill instead of being offered and I asked different, many times, someone who was not our server. In the end we were fed up so we decided to ask for the check and our server has told us that he took the liberty to divide our check into four different bills. Personally, I don’t know why he did that when no one told him to and it really wasn’t required. After I gave him my card he was just waiting for me to sign it and walk off. I felt rushed. Sorry but I won’t be visiting this, or in this case, another BWW.

Im really not sure how to rate this establishment. I’ve been here several times before and always found the service atrocious! But in this visit I was excited that the service was great. I sat at the bar with a couple of friends and we had a terrific time. The bartenders(Brian and Richard) were awesome. They were both extremely nice as well as attentive. We throughly enjoyed conversing with them as we ate and drank. We sat at the bar for a couple of hours, watched a couple of games, and just sat back and enjoyed our Saturday afternoon. My girlfriend and her seven year old son called and said they were going to join us. So we had to move from the bar to the dining area(no problem). We ordered our food and it was promptly brought out; our order was perfect and we had no complaints. Problem: At 5:05 pm a security came around to everyone in the dining area and asked if we were staying for the fight. For those who were staying there would be a $ 10 cover charge. For those who weren’t staying we warned/notified that we had one hour to finish our meals and leave. I was astonished that we were actually going to be rushed and put out just because we weren’t here for the fight. Even though we had about fifty-five minutes to eat we still felt rushed. We had just had a death in the family and we’re getting together to get our minds off of reality but were unable to sit and reminisce after our meal due to time limit. Other than this setback, the food, customer service, and atmosphere was very enjoyable. I will return but I’ll make sure never to come back on a fight night.

If you don’t like sports or meat or beer or machismo, this is definitely not a place for you. If you’re a fan of all of those things, then there is a pretty strong chance that you do not need to read a review for BWW before deciding to go there. It is what it is. Delicious wings. Pretty large of beer selection, and SPORTS!

2.5 Came Here For Karaōke On A Thursday Night A Few Weeks Ago. It Was Fun & Mild. I Ordered From The Happh Hour Menu Which Is One Of The Best Ones I Have Seen Yet Besides Claim Jumper’s Happy Hour. Drinks Weren’t Stiff At All. Barely A Shot In Them … Chicken Was Rubbery … Boneless Wings Were A Good 3.9÷5 Lol A Little Hard To Bite Into. The Food Wasn’t Super Hot But Was Warm Enough To Be Satisfied. The Service Was Great However; Everyone Was More Than Willing To Help Each Other Out During All The Chaos(Not Negative Just Alot Goin On With The Incoming/Outgoing Crowd & Karaōke) Of The Weekly Event

I love bww, never have I got uncooked chicken. So disgusting. If I didn’t take this to go I would of spoken to a manager. Most of my wings were like this!!! Bloody and gross.
