All Star Garage Door

First time I’ve ever found myself wishing there was capability to give a negative rating. I had springs replaced a couple of years ago with a five year warranty. Everyone giving fives stars, let’s see how you feel a couple of years down the road when your garage door comes crashing down on your child’s head. I was originally satisfied with the service. That wasn’t the issue. The issues is that I had another garage door company notify me that they used the totally incorrect springs that result in a garage door eventually just falling down and crushing someone. Super rad you say? Not as much as the owner yelling at me and hanging up on me when I called to ask him to take a look at the springs they used (which were only two years old and supposedly backed by a five year warranty).

These guys are pros and very good at what they do. Derek installed our door and he was great. All Star all day!

The tension spring on my garage door broke and it slammed down. The insurance did not cover the spring so I had to pay it out of pocket. They offered a repair company that they normally used and I initially went with it. However, I cancelled the appt with them after seeing bad reviews. Then I found all stars. I took my chance and I have to say, they are great. Good and fast communication via phone and emails. And when the repair person came over, he gave me recommendations on the job. The price and work done was first class. I would definitely recommend you guys to use them if needed.

After Alight Garage door’s rudeness and blatant ripoff tactics we decided to call All Star Garage and guess what they were ready to come day of, quote us $ 235 instead of $ 850 and were on time, polite and all is well. Enough said!

The springs on my garage door broke over the weekend. I called Ryan at All Star Garage Door and he sent a Service Technician out first thing this morning (Monday). Jay arrived right on time, was very professional and worked quickly to install the new springs. The price was great too! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience & I would highly recommend All Star Garage Door.

Called them for next day service since my torsion spring broke. So these guys said that it would be no more than $ 220 and I talked them down to $ 190. Anyhow once they got here, they said that there were some plastic parts that should be replaced and it was going to be back to $ 220.
Came before the appointment so on time and was fast and efficient.

Using All Star was the one of the best decisions we made when re-​modeling our house. They were completely professional and had reasonable prices. They were on time with the installation and everything has been running perfectly since getting the work done almost 2 years ago. I give them my highest recommendation.

Total fail with these guys for a repair job.
Called them at 8:30am with an urgent repair request — garage wouldn’t open with two cars inside. Clearly the spring was broken, which is a pretty standard fix. By 6pm, it becomes clear no one is coming and I’ve wasted a day with no access to my cars. I blow these clowns off and call another repair shop.
When I call in the morning, they say they’ll have someone out within a couple hours most likely. I hear nothing from them all day. Finally at 5pm, I call them to see what’s up. The guy says that according to the computer, someone was supposed to be at my place at 2:30pm (which was news to me). He says he’s going to call his guy to see what’s happening and get right back to me. 25 minutes later, I call back having not received a return call as promised. Again, I’m told to wait a minute so he can see where his guy is. This time I get a call back after 5 minutes saying he can’t get a hold of the person who was supposed to be here and an apology that they aren’t sure when someone will come. I give up on them and call someone else.
That’s about as unreliable as a repair company can get.

I just got my new doors from All Star, and I have to say it was very easy to work with them. They were professional and consistent and worked with my budget. And my new doors… seriously make my entire house look new! Great way to give your home a face lift!

I am so happy with the way my new door looks. I have received so many compliments from my neighbors as to how good it looks. The service rep was very professional and reliable. I will have no problem recommending your company to others.
