Valerie took the time and effort to help us out with a new plan and the perfect phone. It was after hours and she didn’t mind staying after work and helping us out. Valerie, was absolutely awesome!!! Very helpful and very patient with me. Purchased an iPhone6 and she made sure all my questions were answered and all devices were set up properly and quick! Addressed all and any questions I had. I wasn’t feeling good, bad cold flu, headache, bad day and she went out of her way to be extra nice and helpful. Always with a smile, very friendly, very patient and helpful… She sold me with a iPad, just had to get lol. Very Happy Customer!!! West Covina is just rude, so I drove an extra 10 minutes to buy from Baldwin Park. Both Valerie and Maribel are very friendly and cheerful and as many people waiting for service, they were both so polite, that left us as customer worth the wait. Excellent customer service, the best!!! Happy/Satisfied Customer!!! :)

Great place to get a phone and hop on a plan. Sometimes they have offers that are just so awesome. A few weeks back it was 10gigs plus calls to Mexico for the same price we were already paying. Other times the iPads are discounted depending on the plan you get or if you get a new line. Don’t quote me on that I’m not a sales rep. I just know you always have to be on your toes for new offers! The staff is helpful and the manager is very knowledgeable about the services that the company has to offer.

This AT&T store sucks BIGFAT ones! Service terrible when u first walk thru the door. The greeting is terrible. There no pay station and their excuses is they’re not a corporate store. Tried to charge me $ 25 for a SIM card. I went to another store that was not corporate and they had a pay station and didn’t charge me for a sim. Place is trash! I recommend to all to go to a corporate store to not deal with weak a** customer service!

At&t sucks! A guy from AT&T told us that if we move to 40gigs an removed the unlimited it would be match better but its not true dont be full about this! Im been a customer since 2002 and beause of d unlimted plan i stick with them and until they told my hisband false stuff about the 40 higs plan and i talked to them and told them if i can have my unlimited back as a loyal customer and good customer but they dont care about loyalty all they want is there money! So guys be careful with AT&T or rather dont get this carrier look for a better and friendly one…

5STARS for the Main Man there: AMIR(The Manager) He was an all around awesome dude! and an even better salesman! modest man, claims he isn’t in it for the sale, but let’s be real! no one is going to let you in after hours not to make a sale right… Unilocal states this location closes at 8pm, that is NOTTRUE. They close at 7pm. My BF and I came around 7:15pm and he was inside, he nodded that they were closed so we walked away, and I was rather disappointed since that was my only free time before 9pm. Moments later he opened the door, asked what we needed, invited us in. Then we got the ball rollin’!!! He hooked us up! awesome deals we could NOTREFUSE! I even complimented his sales skills, which of course he denied. He just said he was being honest, no BULLShit! which we admired so! Since his systems were down, he advised us to come the next day. I had work, but my BF stopped by and Amir was there, took care of our plans, and new phones. Then he left for lunch… This is why I deducted a star… Rinaldo, the assistant manager… was rather RUDE!!! Amir said he would hook us up for the accessories at xx% off… Rinaldo would not allow it so he charged my BF Full price, then decided to give him 20% instead of xx% off… my BF told him to call Amir, and they were going at it back and forth, then Amir shows up asking what was the issue… turns out Rinaldo fked up, and he got pissed because he had to refund my BF $ 20, and he actually said…“well shit man, now I have to pay out of pocket for the difference”…my bf said: «well that ain’t my problem, I already told you» Then, Rinaldo tried to sweet talk him by saying, aye man if you can give me a good rating when you receive the email, my boyfriend who is also brutally honest, tells him straight up, hell naw! Not you, but Amir yes! AND… he was a bitter once again. Amir wanted to see my BF old galaxy to see if they are able to get some money out of it, and Rinaldo kept saying, no man, the screen is cracked, it aint worth shit. –_– asshole. Anyway, bottom line… AMIR is the go-to guy for all your at&t needs! Avoid Rinaldo at all costs!

Terrible experience. The guy in store was not helpful at all! I had a quick easy problem need to be fix. However, the staff was not willing to help, just talked to ones who wanna buy new phone or new service, but throw me to online customer service system. At last, he told me a lot of unbelievable reasons and refused to help me. When I went to another store, the staff there helped me fix the problem very soon. Terrible experience!
