I came in the other day to ask about a Fallout 4 Pop! Vinyl Figure that I wanted to get my boyfriend for Christmas. There was another customer waiting in front of me giving his PS3 to the employees. (I’m not sure why.) As we’re waiting, the two employees there are talking and laughing with each other. I’ve been waiting for about 15 minutes now. So I asked how long it’s going to take. If there’s two of them, why do they both have to help the same customer? All they were doing was collecting the cables, rolling them up, and putting them back in a box. Why was that taking 15 – 20 minutes?! One of them tells me that they were helping the customer in front of me out. I work retail, so I’m expecting a, «I’ll be with you in a minute» or something along those lines but no. I told him I understood that he was helping out another customer but 95% of his attention was focused on the conversation he was gladly having with his coworker right in front of us. I got angry and asked his coworker, «You’re going to tell me you’re busy rolling up cables?» & He responded, «yes,» and starts laughing. I don’t understand why that was so funny. The line just kept building up, and they did not care one bit. I ended up walking out on them because it was so ridiculous. Highly unprofessional.

I stood in line for 25 minutes just to buy one game. The reason i was told was because of trade ins. Both employees were tied up for almost 30 minutes with two customers that had games to trade in and they were answering the phones and helping the customers on the phone while the line almost reached the door. When I asked why I felt like I was at Magic Mountain waiting for a ride they said we have to verify that the game works first. I said Wow how long does this process take? what are you doing playing all the levels? Of course he laughed and said sorry its taking so long.
This made no sense at all. Why not have one register dedicated to cash paying customers and one register dedicated to trade ins, If it’s going to take that long? So we left and went to another location. They didn’t have the game that I wanted, so we return this same location. Do you know that the same people that were in line when we left we’re still in line!!! I’m not sure what’s going on corporate, but it should not take 45 minutes to buy one game.
P. s. Please don’t tell me that you’re new here and I’m sorry for your wait because that makes no sense to me at all when I’m waiting for 30 minutes to buy one game. Unless its Black Friday, or Christmas. A regular Sunday afternoon should not take this long please help these people, or Christmas this year will be a disaster with lines wrapped around the building.

At of all the gamestops I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a lot) This one has to be the coolest one EVER! The part that makes me keep coming back here is the staff. The staff here is SUPER and I mean REALLY SUPER NICE. You’re always greeted with a hello, if you ask them to help you find a game they do it quick, they recommend games to you, they always check ID’s for rated M games, and if a parent is buying it for their kids they tell the parent why the game is rated M. The best of these staff members is Johnny. He always tries to get me as much money as I can when I sell my games (he once got me 110 bucks off 10 games). He’s really friendly and so are the rest. Love this gamestop.

This GameStop is a unique to me mostly because its one of the only stores that gave me good customer service. The GameStop has a very friendly staff and always recommend something good to buy or when selling my games will give me more back. For those of you 13 year olds that buy Call of Duty, come to this store as they don’t usually check the IDs. Just kidding they’re pretty good at doing it and have a thorough knowledge on a variety of games. My only complaint would be their used inventory can be lack luster often, but I’m sure this is just based on the amount being sold. Great store, great people!

Bad customer service. And rip off on trading games

It’s good to purchase games here but they try to buy your old games for pennys on the dollar.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is a busy shopping center and parking is hard to find on the weekends. Great selection and prices on the preowned games.
