Tried to get a refund, Olivia said I wouldn’t need the empty bottle of blue devil. I come on the bus to get a refund and the manager RAY was very rude and condescending, nasty tattoos all over him, gang related (I recall company policy is to cover them). Yelled at me that he wouldn’t lose his job for me and nothing he could do. I talked to the DM he authorized a merchandise credit for the amount. I’m reselling it on ebay for cash.
Edit: forgot to add their employee «Olivia» keep shouting and talking over me when I explained to the store manager how she misinformed me. I’ll make sure to let corporate know when I have time.

I was in the area and needed my battery replaced so I Unilocal’d the nearest AutoZone to purchase a replacement. I called in before to verify if they had a battery for my vehicle and the explained to me in detail on the batteries in stock and pricing. Here are the details:
Pros:
–EXCELLENT customer service that have extensive knowledge.
–They conveniently give you tools right away if you need them.
–They help you grab items.
–It.s 2 blocks away from the original In-​N-​Out [well technically the originally moved a few blocks to the current location a few decades ago].
Conclusion: Come here if you want to get things done FAST with excellent staff.

Ever since I lived in Baldwin park I been coming to this autozone. The workers are knowledgeable and go out of the way to help you. If they don’t have the part you need they will try to get it for you the same day from another autozone and if worse comes to worse they can always order it.
