They ripped me off for thirteen hundred George told me my transmission was bad that’s why it wouldn’t go in reverse and it turned out to be my f***** brakes on my 2001 Chevy malibu

Took my VW GTI and had my transmission fixed in a couple days. As hard of a driver I am, its still running strong and this is a year later. George has always been nothing but pleasant to communicate and work with. If ever a problem, he stands behind his warranty with no hassle. His team if mechanics are nice too. I’ve taken my car for multiple repairs once the check engine light comes on. They are very fair when it comes to labor on repairs as I mainly use dealer parts on my cars. I’d recommend this shop to anyone who has car problems.

I have to say, reading the other reviews reminded me of my own experience. They do a «mickey mouse» job, charge you a great price, only to have you come back again within the year. Its a great business strategy, for them! Stay clear, unless like the others have said, you want a bad transmission that they can have you coming for more for.

These are the mechanics your parents warned you about. I have consistently had issues with my transmission since these guys laid their hands on my car, and I mean I have paid multiple thousands to right the issues they have caused. They are full of s#!7 when they give you a time or a day for you car to be ready, then there are a million reasons why the job they did didn’t fix all the problems. Great shop.
Took my Jeep in last month for a new alternator, they ordered it on the spot, 10 minutes later it arrived, & they got right on it. No sitting around for hours, no lazy mechanics here. All work, no play, they get the job done.

I would give these guys negative stars if I could! Three months after fixing my transmission there were problems!!! So I took it in and George told me it was the third gear regulator and they fixed it. I asked for paperwork to have proof of what they fixed, as I could tell that this place was getting shady. He replied «noooo, you don’t need paperwork it’s fine don’t worry!» So yeah It ran fine for a minute then a few weeks later it starts making this popping noise so i take it back and he jumps in for a test drive and tells me «no it’s fine it’s the engine that’s the problem. «So I explained to him that it’s not shifting gears correctly and it’s redlining before it does! He immediately became defensive and told me «I’m a transmission guy if it was the transmission I would let you know!» He drove it up and down the driveway. That’s a test drive? How would he know for sure that it wasn’t the transmission, if he didn’t take it on the freeway and open it up! So my next step is to take it to an established transmission shop, have it properly diagnosed, let them fix it, and take Jorge to court for the cost to have it fixed PROPERLY! These guys are crooks man steer clear!

Had a great experience here. I came in and my truck was rumbling and at other places they wanted to charge me 700 plus to change pieces. Turns out my spark plugs were old and needed to be changed. The guys here helped me out and the service was quick.
