I have no complaints about this particular Wendy’s ! Yet, EVERY TIME I come. I order the SAME thing && they ALWAYS get one thing wrong.
I get a kids meal, and I ALWAYS ask for the frosty to be VANILLA, they ALWAYS give me CHOCOLATE!!!
When I ask them to switch it, and that I asked for vanilla. They sometimes give me attitude (like today), but they will accommodate my request!
But I mean I SPECIFICALLY for vanilla.

This Wendy’s looks nice. When the high school kids are out of school, this place can get pretty busy. But regardless of how busy they are, the cashiers and workers still have great customer service. They have free parking, but not a lot of parking though. During the hours when the high school kids gets off school, the drive-​thru can be pretty lengthy as well.

Absolutely terrible service from the night shift… I could see employees pointing fingers as to who should take the order. Eventually the manager popped up and although she wasn’t rude you could tell she wasn’t happy about taking a lobby order. I’d usually ignore the mediocre service from a fast food establishment if the food is good. I got bacon bits in my «BACONATOR». I would think I’d taste bacon in every bite. However this establishment doesn’t care for night time guest. Not one to make scenes, however I will not return to this Wendy’s ever. I will be persuading my friends and family to drive to innout or tacobell across the street

came to wendys after picking up my son from school it was a super hot day didnt want to cook so i brought him here to eat and thinking that it would be cool and fresh inside well it wasnt iam not saying that it was hot inside either but i just wanted to feel that cool blast from the ac when i open the door to go in but i didnt come on crank up the ac please its hot outside other than that food was great dinning room clean

There were customers inside, but the door was locked…
What kind of establishment is this… regular customers can’t go in unless you’re dating someone there???
And we waited three minutes at the register… for what??? To see someone pushing a salad cart, another eating with someone that didn’t work there and the other cleaning tables… too busy to take our orders…
We left… at least the Taco Bell across the street had there doors open and were willing to take our order…

So I can’t help but compare this Wendy’s to my local Wendy’s in Monrovia and by contrast, this location leaves a lot to be desired. For starters, the meat was dried out and maybe room temperature. Their prices are higher. They don’t let you turn a small sandwich into a small combo for $ 2 more. On the plus side though, there’s plenty of room in the dining area. It’s been remodeled lately so it looks nice. The staff is friendly enough. But when you pay more and get less, there’s little reason to come back. I may give them another chance someday, but probably not for awhile.

Love the new décor and there is even a pretty cool faux fireplace. New look.
And the chicken pecan salad is a great value!
Parking is a bit tight during lunch because the drive thru backs up and makes it hard to get out. Otherwise I would give this place five stars…

Finally decided to try this place out with my son after his baseball practice down the street, glad we did he’s really picky and he loves it and I loved it too, sweet! looks like we found a new spot for us and a big upgrade from McDonalds and Burger King.

Update to previous review which is long overdue…
After leaving a message I never received a call back from them. However I did call 2 days later, explained my messed up order and they told me to come back and they would fix it.
I went back (they replaced all food items but not the drinks, um okay), however when re-​doing my wrong order they messed it up… again! and badly. So after going home, had to go back and told them XYZ was missing or wrong and they finally got it right.
I have went back more times (I love their chili, it’s my weakness) but chili is all i order so they can’t screw that up hahaha.
One night I went through the drive thru as they were closing. Was just rounding 1am, Their drive thru lights were still on, all other lights were on so I naturally assumed they were open. They informed me they were closed.
Note to Wendy’s: If your closed turn your lights off…

I went in and ordered a #1 combo and a double stack burger for my son. As I was eating my son complained that his burger tasted funny. I checked it out and there was mold on it.
I went to tell the manager Erica and she told me that it wasn’t mold that it was just a little burnt. I know what I saw and after arguing with her for 15 minutes I just left.
I can’t believe the manager. I have already made a call to Wendy’s corporate office.
Steer clear of this Wendys.

Was hesitant to give it a shot, but glad i did.
Technically my friend didn’t give me any option, i asked what he’d recommend and he suggested the baconator.
Came out great. Juicy, fresh, delicious.
Also added a chicken sandwich and that came out great too.
Fries are nicely seasoned.
Would come again!

Frostys! My favorite! Super clean and fast at doing orders. Free bbq unlike mcdonalds… they tend to. leave the door open after 10pm… I got in 1x and it was 10:05pm. The woman with red hair tall woman was hesitant to take my order saying the front registers where closed and couldn’t sell me the frosty, However a older woman was telling me she’d be with me in a min waited the 5mins… before the other said it was close… I told her I was going nuts w my sugar rush she then told me she only had vanilla and I said it was fine she looked upset as if she made that up as she knows I always order chocolate. Idk but she got it for me after I begged her and she used the drive thru register. Was it that hard? And the drive thru was full i wasnt gonna wait that long, You guys left the door open not my problem. Lol

Finally they build a Wendy’s near my house!
I always order from the value menu. I usually get the bacon cheeseburger, 6 piece spicy nuggets, value fries and small chili. Everything is just great. Nothing really to complain about. The drive thru can get crowded at times.
I love how the drive thru is open til 1am since i work night shift across the street.

Wow, i cant believe this is Review number 101!
This place is new and is really really nice! There is a seating/​lounging area with power outlets, Free WiFi, a TV. This place will compete with Starbucks for the crowd that wants to socialize or hangout with more options. There are a group of teenagers enjoying ice cream or fries while they hang out.
As for the food, they make a great burger. i love the fact that you can change the fries in any combo to a salad, chili, potato, etc. Personally I would not try their Caesar salad because they use a dressing that shows lemon zest as an ingredient but use way too much lemon. Next time I will go back to the garden salad. They also have an infinity Coke Machine.

This Wendy’s added a fresh vibe to the restaurant scene in Baldwin Park. If you have never tried Wendy’s it’s far better then Burger King and McDonalds in terms of fast food.
Now in terms of how it compares against others Wendy’s, it’s far cleaner and much more organized then most I have been to in Southern California. It also is very large in space and offers a very nice and open lit environment.
Overalls while the food is great, I have always felt that Wendy’s menu needs more diversity but none the less from the surrounding fast food places, this is the best period.

So happy this just opened up down the street from where I work! Right by the 10 freeway, can’t miss it! Across from the Smart and Final Plaza.
When it first opened in February, the drive thru line was insane but not it’s better. I came after the lunch rush, around 1 and ordered and got my food very quickly. Drive thru line was maybe a 10 minute wait. Just happy that I have another lunch option!

Fast service, clean environment. Would even come here to study if it’s not too packed as the environment is very calm and relax.
Soda fountain is on point, all you need at the touch of a button.
Good was excellent, and not halfass I enjoyed it a lot. Recommend checking it out if you want your Wendy’s fix in a fast paced, but very nice environment

Excellent service, food was hot, drive thru people were very sweet and friendly tonight.
Love how nice the store is and clean. Defiantly Wendy’s was needed in Baldwin park very badly. Recommend to all the spicy chipotle crispy chickens.
