I come to this McDonald’s a lot. They rarely get my order wrong. When they do, I call the manager(never had a problem with this) and they fix it. Tonight is a perfect example. They messed up my cheeseburgers, Isabelle even gave me apple pies for my inconvenience. One time I was stuck in the drive thru, all the guys working, came outside and pushed my car to the parking lot past the drive. Who knows how long I would have been stuck there without their help. They were nice enough to even bring my food to me, instead of me going inside to get it. I do always have to ask for ketchup. Their Dr. Pepper is hit and miss on taste, so I stick with Coke. There’s times they only take cash, no debit/credit which sucks but I just eat elsewhere when they do that.

I came here to buy my boyfriend something to eat before he went to work today, and I ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins. I was told to park to wait for the food, & I waited for nearly ten minutes. I left in a hurry and gave my boyfriend the food and he noticed there wasn’t any sausage in one of the mcmuffins after taking a bite. On the other one, it looked as if everything was thrown in with the cheese on placed on HALF the sandwich. I wasn’t going to return and complain in person because I was already far from this mcdonalds location. This mcdonalds is slow, sloppy, & gives orders wrong. They can’t even wrap the food decently. If you want good food from mcdonalds, I suggest you head to a different location.(perhaps the one on ramona/stewart or amar/azusa).

They got my whole order wrong… and I know it was my order I ordered a chicken wrap with grill chicken and I got a crispy chicken wrap instead and I ordered 2 triple cheese burger but i got 2 double cheese burger … also fries with out any ketchup wtf!!!

This location is terrible. They stop serving breakfast before 10:30&7 out of 10 times when I get an iced tea its rotten. You can also hear the employees talking smack about the customers at the drive-through window.

They don’t even give you the total after 2am wth? I asked someone 3x what my total was 11 something and asked 2x the large big mac combo is 6.29 is that what you said and she said yes it’s 6.29 plus tax. I was 20 mins in the drive thru and my total for the combo was more than 7 $!!! They were half asleep and I told her what kind of service is this? Asked for the name of the shorter heavy set girl with glasses the Hispanic female shift lead said she’s not allowed to tell you names THEY had no badges! No names! Refused to tell me when I said I had to file a complaint! I worked with Sheila in ontario and always had a rule to wear our name badges! Wasted 20 mins of my life with rude misinformed employees not following company policy, not giving correct totals! And being rude. My order was at 2:29am SUN22015 I bought something small to get employee number and all I have on the receipt is «MFY side 1» «KS #20″“kvs order #22» ill make sure the corporate know about this. This is the worst McDonalds in Baldwin park. We went through the drive thru today at 725am to get 3 oatmeals, 2 small coffees and 2 harsh browns, but despite the fact that there were no cars after us, they asked us to pull at one of the parking places and they will just hand over our food when ready. After 10 long minutes, they handed us our food but they forgot the hash browns. After waiting that long, they still did not get our order right. I then went inside the store to get my hash brown and complained to the manager. She said that meshe’s sorry about it and she asked me to wait at the counter so she can give me a coupon for a free sandwich for a later date. I waited and waited but she did not come back for me. But since I was just standing at the counter and I can see her went inside her office, went back out talk to the crew at the back and went back to her office again. While there I was standing and waiting for her. I finally gave up and just left. These people have no problem of wasting people’s time. If I can give this store a NOSTAR, I would certainly do so.

Let me start off by saying that I used to work at this exact McDonald’s a few years ago, and even when I got transfered I still worked for this franchise AND I was still working for the company up until a month and a half ago. With that said, I empathize with the consumers and the employees because I’ve been both. The customer service here has really tanked in the last couple of years. I don’t know if it’s because people are not getting trained properly or if maybe the employees are just too young to care about the service they provide. Granted, when I worked here I wasn’t the most polite because, come on; it’s McDonald’s. You CANNOT expect 5 star treatment when you’re only paying .99 for a hamburger. I’m not expecting that when I go. What I DO expect is for my order to be correct, at LEAST and it hardly ever is. They hardly ever make my iced coffee right. I already know how it’s going to taste by who’s at the second window. The fries are NEVER full. I know you’re not supposed to overstuff them, but I know the difference. This restaurant is ALWAYS running out of something. Whether it be cups, sauces, soda, whatever. So whoever does the order needs to get it together because it’s a bit ridiculous sometimes. The ice cream cones are SUPER small, not even worth the dollar. Stop trying to save on food cost because you’re cheating out the customer. As for customers complaining about where the dumpster is… the people working there didn’t design the layout of the restaurant so don’t complain to the person at the drive thru window because they’re not going to be able to move the dumpster for you. Also, it is IMPOSSIBLE for the food to be even a day old. Everything that doesn’t get used gets thrown away at closing time so stop saying your food tasted a week old because that’s definitely NOT possible. Also, you’re going to get the attitude you give so just keep that in mind if you’re having a bad day. Some workers will suck it up and be polite, but others won’t. There are also policies that we have to abide by when it comes to the food so if the FOF only has half a cheese, it’s because that’s the rules we get from coorporate. That’s beyond our control so if you want the full cheese, you’re going to have to pay for it. Anyways, this McDonald’s can do a lot better if the people just cared a little more about their job. I’m not trying to make anyone that works there feel bad. I know what it’s like but a small change of attitude can go a long way. I just want them to get it together and make my iced coffee right. Ha.

The problem with this place is not so much the food, but the service. They have this nice young girl outside passing out samples when they should have her inside training the rest of the staff. The two ladies at the drive through windows said a maximum of three words to me. Then I got home to see I had a wrong item. Just going to suck it up and eat it rather than dealing with the staff again.

I typically don’t eat at McDonald’s but this place is reasonably good. The food is fresh, looks appetizing, and always in stock, unlike some other locations. This restaurant has much better quality food than the one on Ramona Blvd. The only complaint I have is the short drive thru path makes for messy lines of cars waiting to order. It usually isn’t a problem outside of breakfast and lunch hours, though. Dining in, television and wifi are available if you can handle obnoxious high school boys or girls mouthing off or gossiping, or uncouth people practically yelling into their telephones for the world to hear their conversations. I prefer take out.

Worst McDonald’s ever. They mess up on my order every single time I’ve gone here. They either forget to give me al my food or they give me the wrong sandwich. They’re also really stingy with napkins. I ask for them and they say ok but never put any on the bags. Never going back again!

This place is just bad. I come here only because I like Mcds Chicken sandwich. There are a few employees that are nice, but the rest are not friendly at all. DONOT order any salads from here! I just bought one today for the first time from Mcds and it looks so plain and SOGGY! I think it was from last week and I couldn’t enjoy it because it was soggy and not fresh! Who likes to eat soggy salad? Not me! All the people handing the orders through drive through are non friendly. No smile nor greetings. Always something wrong with my order. Stay away from this place.

I found a ROACH in my cinnamon melts. Most disgusting thing ever! I called the manager to make him aware of the incident and he totally acted like it wasn’t a big deal. DEFINITELY not going back!

customer service… half a star tasty & cheap snacks… half a star Free Wifi… one star place wasn’t crowded, fast order, comfy and clean area(a woman was cleaning at the moment also), weirdos in the house but everything was okay, surfed the Web on my phone & it was awesome… one star enjoying my ice cream catching up on the news when smelly homeless was asking for food.. NOSTAR(I know it’s not McDonalds’ fault but I’m rating my experience here, don’t get all righteous on me know) finally, I rembered«super size me» and I also just read somebody’s previous posted Tips and it said something about«bones in the sausage» and I don’t know if I’m exaggerating or not but the single thought of that makes me not want to eat their pies and other snacks. NOSTAR For me, McDonald’s has so much money they can afford to provide real food to its supporters not just taste bud’s crack
