Had my car repaired and took over a month. They really did a good job, but they lack communications. They told me my insurance extended my rental car, but they didn’t. They were gonna have me wait for the refund from my insurance for the rental, but I told them they need to handle it themselves and they could wait for the refund since they were the one who told me that they spoke to my insurance and said rental will be extended. I only paid the difference. I wasn’t about to loose out when they couldn’t even communicate well between me and my insurance company. Then, when a I paid I gave $ 50 extra by accident and they just let me leave without telling me. I had to go back and tell them they were gonna jack me off $ 50 without saying anything. They just straight lied to my face and said he didn’t count the money right and he was sorry. Who doesn’t count their customer’s payment before letting them leave?.. what a liar!

Honestly, the best service ever! After my car was repaired, they took it to a dealership to make sure everything was perfect. I got a free car wash and free alignment which was all paid for by them. Javier even ordered me a part that was missing from my car free of charge. The people here really go the extra mile to be helpful and are extremely friendly, plus my car looks like new again! If anything ever happens to my car again I will definitely come back here.

I received a call from Javier serveral days later to follow up and see if I was happy with the work, I definitely recommend Baldwin Auto Body, great customer service.
