Pizza Hut

We placed an order for a brownie this afternoon and unfortunately they forgot to make it for us and realized it half an hour after we ordered. Fortunately Kendrick was able to fix the situation for us and get the brownie delivered to us. We really appreciated that since we had a small baby in the car and she was fussy. Thank you for rectifying the situating for us.

Took them an hour and a half to deliver. Pizza was cold. Driver said she was the only delivering and she had to deliver a bunch of pizzas. They need to hire more drivers.

I been ordering delivery once or twice a month and it’s always on time. I have Nothing bad to say about this place. Yes they have forgotten my soda once but that’s not a problem because mistakes happen. other than that the delivery guys are professional and polite. Keep up the good work pizza hut!

I order from this pizza hut quite often and so far I haven’t had any bad experiences, usually I order for takeout. but on occasion I will have it delivered.
phone ordering: when I order on the phone they are usually really nice and I am able to complete my order with no issues. and when I am put on hold they usually return to the call in a timely manner (less than 3 minutes)
Takeout: when I order for takeout I always make sure to call in my order because they will give me an accurate time on when my pizza will be ready which is always a plus. they make sure to show me the pizza before I walk out so I don’t have any surprises
delivery: I have not had any issues with the drivers getting lost or missing any part of the order. I have had a driver run out of parmesan cheese before which is always a bummer. other then that everything has been more than expected from Pizza Hut. I will continue to order from them

Pizza was decent but the service was awful. Got the stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and jalapeño. The slices had two types of texture, the crust was soft but the other half was stiff, like cardboard… The lady that handed me my pizza just laid it on the counter and walked away. Usually when I get a pizza they open it up to make sure the order is correct… Won’t be coming back here again until they get their act together

I can’t endorse this restaurant in any way, because when I called to order a pizza the associate on the phone denied me the opportunity for delivery service.
The associate at this store would have me believe that the 5.4 mile distance from their store to my hotel is outside range of their service.
What I really think is that they are so lazy and comfortable with their job security, that they felt preserving the reputation of their business and increasing their daily revenue volume wasn’t worth their trouble.
If this were an isolated occurrence, I might have skipped writing this review of their indifferent attitude towards a customer; However, I received this same treatment from 2 other pizza hut stores.
Perhaps the owner (s) these local pizza hut stores is/​are either unconcerned with how the level of customer service provided by their employees negatively affects their revenue stream, or, they may just be as inattentive as their employees, and thus, be unaware of this opportunity (and perhaps others) to maintain a satisfied customer, as well as the reputation of their business.
I recommend that the owner (s) conduct secret shopper style investigations to attempt remedial corrective action, and that any other customers receiving this sort of sub-​par service, also take the time to write a review.

I’m bothered by having to wait 38 minutes for ONE basic medium pizza with jalepenos and pepperoni. Two toppings, very easy. On top of that I actually preordered about 10 minutes beforehand online. –_​– I was the only one in the lobby, and there were 6 employees on deck. So bizarre!

The driver and the pizza were good. The guy taking orders at 11:30pm Wed july 30^th, was rude, unhelpful and didn’t know what he was talking about. The manager woman was more courteous… didn’t explain as to why my online order was $ 25.32 and my visa was charged $ 30.38. I believe it’s a glitch with the promo prices, I’m still waiting for the difference from my debit, It’s not the money, but the deception to the consumer, and the unprofessional manner this order taker had. I will never order online/​or from this establishment again!

Luv the marina pasta and the chicken wings! I tried the bbq style and spicy which is also good! Right now can try the pizza box with bread sticks ~ yummy!

Easy to order online and fast service for take out!

The place is very small. This wing street pizza hut has a really long wait. Im not sure if its because of their number of orders, but I only ordered a 7 piece wings and it took 25 minutes to make. This wasn’t a delivery, so just imagine if it was. First of all, I doubt they have a lot of orders because outside their drivers are here waiting for delivery. Also, the girls working here today on wednesday would tend to just stand there and chat. Either they have a really slow workers or they really are busy.
The place also needs some cleaning. The handle to their door was quite sticky, so ew. The odor at this place doesn’t even smell like food. More of sweat. So I don’t think I’ll be coming back here any sooner. I’ll probably go to dominoes or little Caesar’s.

Worst fucking in-​store experience ever! at this restaurant they take really long and to top it off they get the order wrong and just say where sorry! Really ??? Fuck you Pizza Hut 13 926 Ramona Blvd, Baldwin Park, CA 91 706 !!!

Pizza is good. But they take forever too deliver.

The service is great, I love the buffalo wings but their pepperoni is a little raw.

Excellent pan pizza. Delivery or pick up, it’s your choice. I always make up my own specialty pizza. Ham, pineapple, onions, bell pepper and extra cheese.
Dinner is served.

I may be alone on this, but I think Pizza Hut makes the best chicken wings. My favorite flavor is buffalo burning hot. I rate Pizza Hut’s chicken wings above Buffalo Wild Wings and Wingstop. In addition, Pizza Hut has 50 cents wings on Wednesday.
With that said, this Baldwin Park Pizza Hut is a little too «hood» for me. I saw too many sketchy people while driving here. Maybe I should have visited one closer to my work. Anyway, the girl who took my order was friendly. So that negated the negative vibes that I got from this neighborhood.
