This location is by far the best subway. I work in the nearby area, and this location never fails. I have been to other subways and the employee practice are usually dirty. They take customers money and without washing their hands they put gloves on. Not this location. Every time i have visited, they alway always wash their hands before putting their gloves on. Common sense, but most subways don’t practice it. This location seems to taset better than others. I’ve stopped going to subway long time ago, but when I’m at work, i don’t mind coming here.

I come to this subway about once or twice a week because it is the closest restaurant to where I work. The customer service is exceptional and the interior is usually clean the speed of service is sometimes slower than desired but all in all this is a pretty good Subway.

Went to this subway today and ordered their pricey pretzels and boy was it not worth it. DON’T BUY IT! What the heck Subway in Walmart Baldwin Park? the pretzel was not even fresh. sheesh! Anyhoo… wasted good money on the pretzels.

Typical Subway. I only dropped by twice and this location was never too busy. Establishment is clean and has a convenient location.
The staff lacks a bit in customer service and I wish the bathroom was located a bit more off to the side like most eating establishments but all in all basic quick sandwiches done correctly the first time with minimal customer/​employee jibber jabber.

i have tried a few subways in this area and this one is consistantly, ‘the best’ i order the same sandwich every time and i found out recently, if you are lucky enough to have Lupita make your sandwich, she makes it like she’s making it for herself and, she’s very considerate and helpful. i always take mine, to go so i never know if it’s good till i get home. when she makes it, it just tastes better!

No complaints. Fast, friendly service. Not sure why the reviews aren’t so great, but I always come here after the gym and eat here alone with no problems. Sandwiches are made well and don’t fall apart like other subways (grr).

I love this Subway. The manager is very friendly and greets me like I’m a regular. This is one of the cleanest Subways in the area and they don’t have a problem adding my favorite Veggies. They do lots of catering and they were perfect for the big game.

The customer service here could use a few more employees, but seeing as I checked this place out when it first opened I’m sure they’d just need some time to evolve. I also wished they carried the veggie patty and cilantro, as they didn’t have them when I first came by. Otherwise, it’s just your good quality subway sandwiches you’d run into at any Subway.
UPDATE SEPT 2012: Looks like they’ve changed since my first review as all the most recent reviews are pretty upbeat about this place. I dropped by and customer service was fantastic. Loved my cold cut trio there.
