Gross! I went in to this depressing place to get a sub and seen flys going on the food and they only had one kind of bread that looked like it was from the day before. 0 stars!

If Only I could not give any stars at all. This has been by farmost the worst Subway I have been too due to lack of customer service. Its 10:30pm and why would u have the Mayo, Sriracha, and the viniagrette put away in the back, and when your asked to put it on your sandwich, u are given the worst attitude specifically by employees«MARGARET and ALEXIS. The worst one was Margaret. She was so mad that she was throwing the knives inside the plastic box where they usually keep em. Like nooooo dude, u aint gonna scare me pretending to be a bad azz by throwing your knives so u can telieve your fury lol how can subway employ ppl like this. If u dont like being told what to put on our sandwiches, your working at the wrong place PERIOD. I will hladly fill out my survey, and not for the free cookie, but to let subway know, what kind of employees are making the company look bad, real bad.

I’ve come here plenty of times thinking the next time would get better. It gets worse. They lack customer service MAJORLY. Regular or not. There’s 3 workers there that make it look like working at Subway is MISERABLE beyond belief. What’s sad is, there used to be very nice, hardworking, bubbly people there. I wouldn’t stay there either if I were them. I’ve never seen the workers in day shift & I pray that they are not just as bad. This guy with a shit face started on my sandwich, threw off his gloves, without saying a word to me & told his co worker Liz to take over. At least she was decent. I’m the very least difficult customer you will run into. I know how customer service industry is. I get what I need & I leave you alone. No questions. No problems, but it’s these sour people that boil my stomach acid. I enjoy dowsing myself in Walmart things. & since I hate how greasy Wetzel Pretzel is, you’re the next closest last resort that I have.

There was this girl with plugs at 2am Jan 30, She was incredibly rude. She asked ID for a 1.49 coffee! But she was pretty rude about it. She said«You could be committing fraud and we’d be responsible» wow talk about customer service! Sge looked tired and as if i was bothering her, had a angry face in her, Most places check Id for transactions OVER $ 5. No debit? Accepted? Are we in the stone age? No water cups? I’ve asked once and the older lady said yes but I’d have to pay. not only that but her ear plugs are disgusting! I can see a hole through them and it grossed me out. Where is the dress code??? With piercings? Where is the customer service? Non existent! Never ever coming here again!

WOW. What a TERRIBLEEXPERIENCE. Same complaints as many people here! It was 3:30AM when it occurred and the employee and manager were just terrible. Asked for a cup of water, they refused unless you buy something. By law, they are doing NOTHING wrong however in a business point of view, they are ruining their own branch. Subway is a huge corporation. They’re not going anywhere. However YOUR branch could. Back to the story, I said okay I’ll buy a cookie. The employee BIANCA asked for my ID Since I was paying with a credit card. I provided it since there is a sign that says so. No complaints there. I asked for A SPOON. She then said, only with a purchase of soup. WTF!(My first reaction in my head.) I said«you’re kidding right?» The manager went in the conversation(who had a name tag that didn’t have a name on, another fail.) we had an argument that went on for about 5 minutes. All I asked for was a spoon and she refused. She was rude and incompetent. If you’re a manager, you’re supposed to be able to handle situations because not everything is black and white. She said it’s the policy. I asked her where in the store does it say that? She said NOWHERE. How do I know that she is not profiling me? How do I know she’s not just picking on me? Whatever it is, it’s not right to enforce something that is not on paper. The same reason you need a display on the register when you are being rung up is the same reason why they should put their stupid ass rules on their wall. If there is no screen display on the register, they can pick and choose the price they wanna charge someone. Sounds ridiculous right? Well that’s kinda like what they’re doing. I don’t know if these are rules they’re making up as they go along but damn, now there is ANOTHERNEGATIVEREVIEW on their Unilocal because of a spoon. TOTHESTOREOWNER: I get it, you’re cheap. But at least find a manager who can assess a situation. A damn spoon or a cup of water will actually enhance your business. People will come back. Believe it or not. But since you’re too damn cheap, you have another negative review online(amongst all the others). Oh yeah, at least you saved $.02 !!! I don’t feel bad for what I’ve done. Managers are supposed to turn a negative experience into a positive one, not intensify it. You’re crew is just terrible. If your location wasn’t in a Walmart, you’d be dead right now.

This subway is 24 hrs and located inside the 24hr Walmart off of the 10 freeway in Baldwin Park. I find it very convenient to have a 24hr subway nearby. The food here is pretty much what you would expect from a subway. You choose your ingredients and they make your sandwich. This particular Subway does not carry cilantro. I really wish they did because cilantro adds a certain taste to the sandwiches that I enjoy. I have tried the new Flatizza and its an okay dish. I have been to this subway during the graveyard shift and the mid to late afternoons. The customer service here varies depending on who is working. When they are busy I do not expect to receive outstanding customer service, but they try. The graveyard shift is usually a little bit nicer. I find nothing horrible with this subway, but at the same time there is nothing outstanding about it ether. Customer service can be poor or good depending on the shift and circumstance. The food is pretty basic. The only thing that this particular subway has going for it is the hours.

So this subway is at a 24hr Walmart. I ate here and continue into Walmart to buy my groceries. When i was done shopping, I returned to subway to ask for a cup of water and the girl named Melissa told me that she can only give water while I’m there ordering. I told her that I was just there earlier but she didn’t care. Okay so I thought maybe it was just a bad day for her or something cause the last time I check, it was a law that requires restaurant to serve water even to non customers. I returned maybe a week or two later thinking maybe i’ll get better service this time. To my luck it was Melissa again. This time while I was ordering, another person came in and she quickly went to help that guy and put mines on hold until she got the other customers order into the toaster. She did a sloppy job for my sandwich and gave very little portions. Her attitude was poor. I am very disappointed because every other subway I’ve been too, the employees were all very friendly.
