Richard Martinez is the manager here. He wouldn’t even exchange a broken phone case that I bought a couple of months ago. It broke when I was trying to take it off. The girl he sent out to tell me no a cussed me of lying about it, and said they don’t break that way. The manager just walked into the back with his lunch when I walked in. It was pretty clear he didn’t want to be bothered. NEVER buy anything here.

5 star for their amazing customer service. We came in today to get the new iPhone 6s and were greeting by this really cute sales guy. His name is Andrew. He let us try his phone and sold us with all his personal knowledge of the phone and the service carrier. He showed us all the features and the new upgrades he 6s has to offer. He put us on a perfect plan as we transferred our existing number over from metro. He was very patient and cares for his customers needs.
This store is very clean and has lots of friendly people waiting to help everyone as soon as they walk in. Wether they need to just make a payment or they are having issues with their phones or service. I saw a few people come in and leave very happy and satisfied.
We will definitely be back and we recommend you ask for Andrew on your next visit there !!

Very poor customer service, specially girl name Christina. She just don’t know what she’s doing. Go somewhere else!

Came in about ²⁄₃ weeks Go to get a new phone. We’re greeted immediately by Martha. She was kind and patient considering I asked alot of questions about my bill, and payments, etc. She was Very knowledgeable and I had an overall great experience here. Thank you Martha!

So, I’ve had the hot spot device for a few days now and it’s working great.
As for the service, when I got there there was about 2 people in front of me so i’m waiting and of course curious me decided to get out to the line and check out some phones and before I new it the line got longer so i got back in line and when it came for the reps to help the next guest, a young lady noticed that i had been there before the «rush» came in and took me out of the line and helped me next. (British accent: made me feel important) lol.
I had a few questions because i was new to this hot spot thing. So, Martha is the nice gal that helped me answer my questions… there was a bit of a confusion for me but she remained patient.
The payments are extremely affordable for the hotspot and i will primarily use it on my laptop and tablet.

NOT A CORPORATE STORE. Tried to automatically pad my purchase with accessories I did not want to give me a deferred trade in when I called the mobile directly to verify if I could. This is no better than another privately-​owned mom and pop mobile shop that doesn’t know what they are doing. You are better off going to a corporate store. When looking at the store locator, corporate stores are the stores with the store numbers next to them.

Very little accessories in store compared to other stores. I stopped by on my way to work to grab a screen protector (needed a new one and this was on my way to worK) for my phone and I looked around and could not find the one I saw at other locations previously. No one greeted me when I came in at all or approached me. I’ve never had good customer service coming to this location. I would rather drive a few extra miles and minutes to a different location.

If I were able to give them no stars I would.
Horrible service! Never come here!
First off, I came in to make a payment and get information about their wifi devices with Sandra on 10÷01÷14.
3 days go by and I went to get the wifi device at a different location. I wasn’t able to get the device because my balance wasn’t paid. I pulled out the receipt from the Baldwin Park location and they tell me that the payment wasn’t posted onto my account.
Basically, Baldwin Park T-​mobile lost my payment.
I went back 10÷04÷14 to get it reversed since I paid the amount in full at the other location and they tell me they can’t do anything.
It’s out of their hands.
Customer service told me to go to them directly to get things reversed and that’s what I did. I argued with Chris (the manager) for half an hr and all he gave me was a piece of paper that says and I quote, «DO NOT REFUND!»
All I have to say is fuck this store and their employees! (they aren’t even a corporate store) they don’t do their job properly!
My recommendation to you is go to a corporate location, those employees actually care about their jobs and actually take care of you.
FYI. Called customer service to get more information on this tmobile store. Turns out they are a corporate store.

Why is it thay everyone who works in Baldwin Park has an attitude?!

We just stopped by to get info on their plans. There was 4 employees working so it didn’t seem like anyone was waiting to long. The 2 employees who helped us seemed knowledgeable in the plan (s) options. If we do switch companies, we will come here to do so.

Long lines & only 2 employee’s working. Bad service.
