Terrible service. The restaurant itself is fairly clean, and the food is just below average. That’s without even considering their prices, everything is about two dollars more than you would find at a regular burger place/​diner. But what mostly confirmed my decision to not come back was the two male workers. Their bad attitude and lack of customer service was simply terrible. Go to Main Burger or even Linda’s down the stree for a way better experience (food, price, service)

I came across this place by accident today. I had to use the restroom but the donut shop across didn’t have public restrooms. I decided to come in to this location since it’s in the same lot. I noticed they had a large menu selection and reasonable prices. I was an hour early for an appointment so I decided to stay and order breakfast and use the restroom. The cook was extremely friendly. Took our order and proceeded to make our order. The other gentleman came in about a minute later and rung up our order. Once we paid, or food was brought to us… Including real silverware (not plastic) and all the condiments we may need. It was nice to have everything brought to us instead of getting up and asking for stuff. I had the egg chorizo burrito and my guest had the French Toast. Everything tasted fresh. The size was just right. As we were leaving the cook came up and thanks us for coming in and wished us farewell. That was a very nice gesture. I will definitely consider coming back.

Over priced and have to wait awhile to get it; I should of went to Maine Burger across the street

I have come here repeatedly and made the mistake of ordering their Carne asada fries… don’t do it! They didn’t really taste like anything… they didn’t look appealing either. I also had ordered the Philly cheese steak combo… omg…heaven in a sandwich… super delicious… sad I didn’t order two! If I had reviewed this place based on the Carne asada fries it would have been a negative 1… however the Philly cheese steak is the saving grace! I have come back again and again for it… as well as shared with friends and they all rave about it… so Carne asada fries –1star…Philly cheese steak 5 stars.

I was around there and decided to give it a try. At the beginning I thought the burger was plain but the fries were delicious. But when I was half way on the burger there two big hairs in the patty and omg I started throwing up !! I threw up literally all day thinking about how much I had ate and it had hairs ! Sigh disgusting. If I could rate this place –0 I would !!

First time I’ve been here since they moved in. I had the asada taco, very good. Also tried the onion rings, cooked about perfectly. Most places either over or under cook them.

customer service sucks or they just don’t care. half ass burger was made. or mayb because i was there around 9:30pm. other than that shitty burger and service at night i was there in the afternoon and the burger was great which is why i went again but idk mayb worker just wanted to go home and was half assing everything? oh and the fries… no salt at all might as well give me a baked pottato!!!

I think this place is severely underrated. I remember when this location used to be a Golden Ox and the food was awful. We visit Twins on a semi frequent basis and have never been disappointed. Food is good and place is clean. Also, the employees are very friendly and helpful.

the food does not taste fresh the meat in hamburgers had a refrigeration taste like it has been in there for a while i don’t blame them they hardly get costumers. I really like and miss Golden OX

I came here with a friend but we weren’t really hungry, but we were so thirsty. We order a shrimp combo which include drinks and fries. The tasty quality was pretty decent for the price but it wasn’t «that good.» For drinks, we got Sierra Mist which taste pretty horrible but they don’t charge for refill, so we just change it to orange crush. The cashier brought our order to us since we were the only customers inside, which was sweet of him. Overall, I would come back here since it’s close to my home if I was desperately hungry, otherwise I wouldn’t…

This place sucks! Bad service and no type of good customer service! Ghetto workers! Sucks here

First time coming here, it seemed decent the burgers tasted goods and was just telling my dad that it was pretty good there when I was about to munch on my fry and noticed a big dead fly was well stuck to my French fry;(I was already half way done with my food and it just grossed me out! We stopped eating n just got up to throw away the food. I notified one of the men but they were not to apologetic about the situation. One of the guys even made a joke about it. He just asked if I want my money back but I said no it’s fine, I just wish they take that into consideration and be more careful. Not really thinking about going back.

This place is bomb for breakfast lunch and dinner… bacon cheese burger with avacado! Its called the NORTH burger!

Onion rings are great and their food has great flavor. The restaurant is clean and the service is great.

Great customer service and delicious veggie burger, perfectly done. The staff is nice and the place is clean.
